Juliet Anderson
Career
Billed as "Aunt Peg", Anderson began performing at forty, older than almost anyone else in this category, after an earlier career in advertising and radio. She became one of the first women to direct hardcore features under her own name, with Educating Nina (1984) and Ageless Desire (1998), founded a talent casting agency, and later worked as a relationship counsellor and massage therapist. She held an honorary Doctor of Arts from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and died in Berkeley in January 2010.
