Pornstar Ranked

The Best Big Tits Pornstars, Ranked

The honest question about this category is not who has the largest bust — that is unanswerable and mostly unmeasurable, and every list that claims to rank it is guessing from photographs.

The honest, checkable question is which performers have a documented adult-film career and a formally sourced connection to the big-bust specialism, and, where it is publicly known, whether their bust is natural or the product of breast augmentation. Readers plainly care about that second distinction.

Almost no competing list addresses it, because addressing it honestly means admitting how rarely it is actually documented.

The short answer

Kianna Dior ranks first among big tits pornstars on our index. She has worked in the American adult industry since around 1999 and was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame’s Video Branch in 2020 — the only Hall of Fame induction on this list. Autumn Falls ranks second on two confirmed new-talent wins in a single year, XBIZ Best New Starlet and an AVN scene win, and Bridgette B ranks third.

The ranking

The 14 ranked performers

Every performer here has a documented adult-film career and a formally sourced connection to the big-bust category specifically — either a Wikidata field-of-work classification, an award tied to bust size or the BBW/MILF categories adjacent to it, or (in two cases) a dedicated encyclopaedia article. Each profile carries the same structure: verified facts, the score breakdown across all six pillars, our argument for the placement, the counter-argument, the full award record, and the sources. Where augmentation is documented, the entry says so; where it is not documented either way, the entry says that too.

Why Kianna ranks 1st

Dior holds the one credential on this list that nothing else here matches: induction into the Video Branch of the AVN Hall of Fame, the class of 2020.

In a category built almost entirely on niche and fan-voted recognition — a “Best Chest” title here, a category-specific win there — a Hall of Fame induction is a different order of credential altogether, awarded for a body of work rather than a single scene, a single year, or a single physical trait.

She has worked in the American industry since around 1999, but beyond the Hall of Fame’s own published roster her documented record is thin, which is worth stating plainly rather than papering over with invented detail.

The case against: Almost nothing beyond the Hall of Fame listing itself is independently documented — no encyclopaedia article, no scene-level award, no confirmed credit count — so the placement rests on one very strong fact rather than a full career record.

Dior has worked in the American adult industry since around 1999, and in 2020 was inducted into the Video Branch of the AVN Hall of Fame, the class of that year. Beyond the Hall of Fame’s own published roster, her documented public record is thin: no dedicated encyclopaedia article exists for her in English, and the rest of her biography rests on Wikidata alone.

Why Autumn ranks 2nd

Falls debuted in 2018 and by 2020 had been named Best New Starlet at the XBIZ Awards and Favorite Newcomer at the Pornhub Awards in the same year — two wins from two very differently constituted voting bodies, a trade-press panel and a platform’s own audience, arriving together.

That double recognition for a new performer is a genuinely strong signal this early in a career, and it also places her on the hottest pornstars list.

Wikidata separately credits her with a Penthouse Pet title and several 2020 and 2022 AVN scene wins, and those additional claims were checked directly against the relevant AVN and Penthouse records for this audit; none of them held up — in one case she appears on the ceremony’s own page only as a nominee — so only the two confirmed wins above are scored.

The case against: Hers is the shortest career on this list by some margin, and several award claims commonly attached to her name online do not survive a check against the actual ceremony records, which should make readers cautious of other lists that repeat them uncritically.

Why Bridgette ranks 3rd

Bridgette B’s case is duration and breadth rather than a single marquee title: an AVN Unsung Starlet of the Year win in 2012, an XBIZ virtual-reality scene win in 2018, then back-to-back XBIZ MILF Performer of the Year and XRCO MILF of the Year titles in both 2019 and 2020 — four wins in two years from two separate, credible bodies — the record the MILF pornstars page is built on.

That is a more consistently re-awarded record than almost anyone else in this list carries, even though every one of those wins runs through the MILF category rather than a body-specific “busty” title or an overall performer-of-the-year prize.

Her Wikidata record gives her birthplace only at country level, and a frequently repeated claim about her marriage to another performer has no supporting source, so neither appears here.

The case against: Every one of her confirmed wins sits inside the MILF category rather than a body-specific or overall top-tier title, and no standalone English-language biography exists to fill out the rest of the record.

Bridgette B holds one of the more durable award records on this list, though it runs through the MILF category rather than a body-specific one: back-to-back XBIZ MILF Performer of the Year and XRCO MILF of the Year titles in both 2019 and 2020, on top of an AVN Unsung Starlet win in 2012 and an XBIZ virtual-reality scene win in 2018. Her Wikidata entity records her birthplace only at country level — Spain, not a specific city — despite aggregator sites routinely naming Barcelona; we have not repeated the more specific claim. A frequently repeated report that she was married to fellow performer Markus Dupree between 2016 and 2019 has no supporting Wikidata statement and is not used here.

  • No standalone English Wikipedia biography exists
  • Exact birth city: correcting our earlier characterisation of this as unresolved — Wikidata actually does state "Barcelona," as do the German and Spanish Wikipedia articles, but in every case the only reference is a circular Wikimedia-project import (Wikidata) or no visible citation at all (German/Spanish prose). None of the three is independently sourced, so we still do not use the more specific city and keep only "Spain," which rests on the country-level citizenship statement rather than the uncited birthplace one
  • Date of birth (15 October 1983) is sourced on Wikidata only to a circular Wikimedia import and to adultfilmindex.com, an aggregator this programme excludes; treat the date as unconfirmed
  • Career start year not documented

Why Carmella ranks 4th

Bing built a decade-long career, 2006 to at least 2016, and picked up a specifically international honour along the way: Best Overseas Female Performer at the UK Adult Film and Television Awards in 2007, a British ceremony recognising a performer working outside Britain rather than either of the two dominant American bodies.

That is a narrower, less contested category than an AVN or XBIZ win, but it is a confirmed win rather than a nomination, checked directly against the ceremony’s own published winners list.

Beyond that award and her basic biographical details, her public record online is otherwise built almost entirely from Wikidata rather than a standalone encyclopaedia article.

The case against: The award is a single, regional, category-specific title from nearly two decades ago, with nothing beyond it in the way of confirmed recognition, and no encyclopaedia article exists to expand the picture.

Why Maxi ranks 5th

Mounds holds the one measurement-based, independently certified credential in this entire category: Guinness World Records confirmed her polypropylene “string” implants at a US bra size of 42M on 4 February 2005, the largest augmented breasts recorded on a living person, with a date and method on the public record rather than a claim repeated across fan sites.

Before that certification she spent a decade on the exotic-dancing circuit, winning the USA Duo Championship in 1999 with partner Mini Mounds, then moved into film performing and directing between 2000 and 2005. She has also published a book on exotic dancing, one of very few concrete business ventures documented anywhere in this list.

The case against: The record dates to 2005 and she has been retired for two decades since; nothing in her documented career is ongoing, so the placement rests entirely on one certified historical fact rather than sustained recent recognition.

Mounds began as an exotic dancer in 1995, teaming with fellow performer Mini Mounds as the duo act Moving Violations; the pair won the USA Duo Championship in 1999 and were first runners-up at the World Duo Competition. She moved into film performing and directing between 2000 and 2005. Her polypropylene "string" implants — a type that continues to expand as the surrounding tissue reacts to the material — were certified by Guinness World Records on 4 February 2005 at a US bra size of 42M, the largest augmented breasts recorded on a living person. She has also published a guide to exotic dancing.

Why Samantha ranks 6th

Samantha 38G’s record is built entirely from two confirmed wins, checked directly against each awarding body’s own published record: the Urban X Award for BBW Interracial Star of the Year in 2011, and the NightMoves Award for Best BBW Performer (Editor’s Choice) in 2016, five years apart from two different niche-category ceremonies.

That is a real, checkable pattern of recognition rather than a padded entry — but it is also nearly the entire record. No birthplace, no debut year and no credit count could be verified from any source on our approved list, which is stated here rather than filled in with a guess.

The case against: Two confirmed niche-category wins are genuine recognition, but they are also almost the entire verifiable record — no birthplace, no career dates, no encyclopaedia article, and no evidence of activity outside those two award years.

Why Christy ranks 7th

Marks, born Chelsey Mallon, worked principally with the Score Group between 2007 and 2010 — a publisher built specifically around the big-bust niche, which makes her inclusion here a matter of direct specialisation rather than a general adult-film career that happens to fit the keyword — and separates her from the two other Christys our who-is-that guide untangles.

Wikidata’s field-of-work classification confirms hardcore and big bust pornography specifically. Her record is genuinely thin — no award, no Wikipedia sitelink in any language, a birth year that varies by a year across the databases that cite her — but the specialism itself is well enough documented to justify a place on a list built around exactly that specialism, provided the limits are stated rather than hidden.

The case against: This is one of the lowest-confidence entries on the list: no encyclopaedia article anywhere, no award, and a birth year that is not even settled between the two databases that record it.

Minka was born in Seoul in 1960, relocated to the United States in 1994, and began performing in pornographic film the following year, continuing through at least 2017 alongside directing credits and exotic-dancing work — more than two decades across two countries and two related lines of work.

Wikidata classifies her fields of work as hardcore, lesbian and big bust pornography, and documents polypropylene breast implants, placing her alongside Kayla Kleevage and Maxi Mounds in the small cluster of performers on this list who share that specific implant material. No award from a recognised body is documented in her record.

The case against: A two-decade career produced no confirmed award from any recognised body, and no encyclopaedia article exists in English to expand the record beyond Wikidata.

Why Lisa ranks 9th

Born Leslie Godfrey in Chicago, Lipps performed for seventeen years, 1991 to 2008 — a genuinely long career by any measure, and one of the longest documented spans on this list. Wikidata classifies her fields of work as including big bust pornography specifically, which anchors her here on more than duration alone.

What she does not have is an encyclopaedia article of any kind, in any language, or an award from a recognised body — an unusual gap for a career this long, and one that says something about how unevenly this category has been documented rather than about the career itself.

The case against: Seventeen years produced no award from AVN, XBIZ or a comparable body, and no encyclopaedia article — her record is real but almost entirely undocumented beyond the bare Wikidata facts.

Why SaRenna ranks 10th

Lee had breast augmentation surgery in 1992, three years before her documented film career began in 1995, and performed for a full decade before retiring in 2004 — one of the few entries on this list with a genuinely closed, complete career rather than an open-ended or undocumented end date.

Wikidata classifies her fields of work as including big bust pornography specifically. She died on 4 April 2026, earlier this year, which makes her record the most recently closed of anyone ranked here. No award from a recognised body is documented.

The case against: No award of any kind appears in her record, and beyond the augmentation date, the career span and her death this year, almost nothing further about her biography is independently sourced.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Lee had breast augmentation surgery in 1992, several years before her documented film career began in 1995; she performed through 2004. Signature: A ten-year, well-defined run from the category’s classic 1990s period — one of the shorter careers here to have an actual beginning and end rather than an open-ended "selective" status.

Why Maserati ranks 11th

Maserati is the only Jamaican-born performer on this list, and Wikidata classifies her fields of work as BBW pornography, big bust pornography and softcore pornography together — a combination no one else here carries; the BBW side is the territory the curvy pornstars page covers.

She performed between 2011 and 2018, a seven-year run, entirely within that dual specialisation rather than a broader mainstream studio career.

The classification itself is the strongest single fact in her record: it is a controlled, sourced categorisation rather than an inference from photographs, which matters in a category where a great deal of what circulates about performers’ bodies is exactly that kind of unsourced inference.

The case against: No award from any recognised body is documented, no English-language Wikipedia article exists, and beyond the classification itself and her basic biographical facts almost nothing else about the career is independently confirmed.

Why Kayla ranks 12th

Kleevage’s case rests on a specific, checkable fact rather than an award: Wikidata’s own controlled classification lists her fields of work as hardcore, lesbian and big bust pornography specifically, which is a formal categorisation rather than a loose description applied by a fan site.

She worked as an exotic dancer from around 1990, moved into film performing between 2000 and 2005, and directed at least one title in 2001 — performer and producer at once, on a modest scale.

Her breast augmentation is documented as polypropylene implants, the same distinctive material used by several other performers on this list, which is itself a small, real pattern in this category’s history rather than a coincidence — and one reason our pornstar measurements page refuses to publish bust figures.

The case against: No award from any recognised body is documented against her name, and her record rests entirely on Wikidata rather than an encyclopaedia article, so several career details remain unconfirmed.

Why Madison ranks 13th

Foxx’s record is the thinnest on this list, and she is included for a specific reason rather than despite it: Wikidata’s field-of-work classification lists big-bust pornography specifically against her name, which is a directly on-topic, sourced fact even though almost nothing else about her career — debut year, studios, credit count, any award — is independently documented.

A shorter, honester entry built around one verifiable fact is preferable to inventing a fuller biography to make the placement look more substantial than the sourcing supports.

The case against: Beyond her birth details and the single field-of-work classification, essentially nothing about her career is documented anywhere on our approved source list — no debut year, no studios, no award, no encyclopaedia article in any language.

Why Brittany ranks 14th

Elizabeth’s record is close to the floor of what this list will accept: a verified identity, documented birth details, a formal big-bust-pornography classification and documented breast augmentation, and almost nothing else. No debut year, no retirement date, no studio record and no award appear anywhere in her public record.

She is included because the specific, on-topic classification is real and sourced rather than inferred, not because the wider career record supports a stronger placement than that.

The case against: Outside of her birth details and the single specialist classification, nothing about her career is independently documented — no dates, no studios, no award, no encyclopaedia article in any language.

Natural versus augmented, and why one side of that is so hard to document

Every performer on this list is here because of a physical trait, which makes this the one article in our programme where a question readers actually ask — is it real? — has a real, if uncomfortable, answer: usually, we do not know, and neither does anyone else publishing on this topic.

Breast augmentation, when it happens, tends to leave a documented trail. A performer discusses it in an interview. A press outlet reports the surgery, the implant type, sometimes the size. Wikidata records it as a sourced property. Six performers on this list clear that bar: Chelsea Charms, Kayla Kleevage, Maxi Mounds, Minka, SaRenna Lee and Brittany Elizabeth all have publicly documented augmentation, several of them using the same distinctive polypropylene "string" implant material, a material that continues to expand slowly as surrounding tissue reacts to it — which is itself the reason several of these careers involve implant sizes that grew across years rather than settling after one surgery.

An unaugmented bust generates no equivalent trail, because there is no news event to report. Nobody publishes an article confirming that nothing happened. The result is a structural asymmetry rather than a balanced picture: nine performers on this list — Kianna Dior, Bridgette B, Autumn Falls, Carmella Bing, Christy Marks, Lisa Lipps, Maserati, Madison Foxx and Samantha 38G — have no public record of augmentation one way or the other, and we say exactly that on each of their entries rather than assuming either answer. Not one performer on this list carries a reliable-sourced statement confirming an unaugmented bust, which is worth sitting with: it does not mean none of them are natural, it means "natural and undocumented" is functionally invisible to the sourcing standard this page holds itself to. The four performers anywhere in this programme who have stated it themselves are collected on the natural-boobs page for exactly that reason.

This is also why the article does not speculate from photographs, ever, for any performer, on either side of the question. A photograph is not a source. Where a performer or a reliable outlet has said so, this page reports it. Where neither has, the page says "not documented" and leaves it there.

TermWhat it meansHow it differs
Documented augmentationA breast augmentation confirmed by the performer’s own statement, a reliable press report, or a sourced Wikidata property — not an inference from appearance.Distinct from "commonly assumed" or "widely claimed", which describes most of what circulates about performers’ bodies on aggregator sites and is not used as a source anywhere on this page.
Not documented (either way)No reliable source confirms augmentation, and none confirms its absence either. The single largest category on this list. Not the same as "natural" — it is an honest gap in the public record, not a finding.
Big bust pornographyA specific, controlled field-of-work classification used on Wikidata for performers whose work centres on large-breast content — used throughout this article as a sourced categorisation rather than an editorial label.Distinct from a general adult-film career that happens to feature a performer with a large bust; several performers here are classified under this specific field.
BBW pornographyA separate but frequently overlapping classification for performers working in plus-size content; two performers on this list (Maserati, Samantha 38G) are documented under both BBW and big-bust classifications. Not interchangeable with big-bust pornography, though the two niches share a considerable amount of casting and award-category overlap.
Polypropylene "string" implantsAn implant material used by several performers on this list that continues to expand over time as surrounding tissue reacts to it, producing size increases across years rather than at the point of surgery alone.Distinct from the saline and silicone implants used in mainstream cosmetic surgery, and considerably less common outside this specific niche.
Context

From the dance circuit to a formal Wikidata classification

1990s

The exotic-dancing circuit, and augmentation as a career decision

Several of the careers on this list began on the exotic-dancing circuit rather than in film. Kayla Kleevage danced from around 1990, and Maxi Mounds began dancing in 1995, teaming with Mini Mounds as the duo act Moving Violations and winning the USA Duo Championship in 1999 before either woman filmed a scene. Augmentation in this era was frequently a deliberate career investment made before the film work began at all — SaRenna Lee had her surgery in 1992, three years before her documented film career started in 1995 — rather than something that happened mid-career.

2000–2010

The move into film, and a certified record

The 2000s saw several of the dancing-circuit performers move into pornographic film specifically: Kleevage between 2000 and 2005, Maxi Mounds across the same span while also directing. On 4 February 2005, Guinness World Records certified Mounds’s implants at a US bra size of 42M, the largest augmented breasts recorded on a living person — a rare case in this category of a claim resolved by an independent, dated, methodical measurement rather than left to circulate unverified. Christy Marks and Lisa Lipps worked through this period with the Score Group, a publisher built specifically around the big-bust niche.

2010–2020

The MILF and BBW categories formalise big-bust recognition

Award bodies increasingly recognised bust-adjacent specialisms through dedicated categories rather than folding them into general performer-of-the-year races. Bridgette B’s run of MILF-category wins at XBIZ and XRCO across 2019 and 2020 sits alongside Samantha 38G’s BBW-category wins at Urban X (2011) and NightMoves (2016) and Maserati’s seven-year career (2011–2018) formally classified under both BBW and big-bust pornography. Carmella Bing’s 2007 UK Adult Film and Television Awards win for Best Overseas Female Performer shows the same category-specific pattern extending outside the two dominant American bodies.

2018–present

A Hall of Fame induction, and the limits of what gets written down

Kianna Dior’s 2020 AVN Hall of Fame induction remains, as of this audit, the only top-tier career recognition anywhere in this category’s recent history. Autumn Falls’s XBIZ Best New Starlet and Pornhub Favorite Newcomer wins, both in 2020, show the category still producing genuine new-talent recognition. But the period is equally defined by what is not written down: SaRenna Lee’s death in April 2026 closed out a career that had already gone twenty-two years without a dedicated encyclopaedia article, and several currently working performers — Madison Foxx, Brittany Elizabeth — have almost no documented biography beyond a single sourced classification, a pattern that runs through this category’s entire history rather than being specific to any one era.

Cuts of the same data

Ranked by sub-category

Different cuts of the same scored data, for readers looking for something more specific than a general list.

Documented breast augmentation

Six of fourteen, each with a public source — an interview, a press report or a sourced Wikidata property. Several share the same distinctive polypropylene implant material.

No documented award, ranked on classification and career facts

Eight performers with no confirmed win from any recognised body — ranked on a formally sourced big-bust classification and documented career length instead, with the gap stated plainly on each entry.

With a confirmed award from a recognised body

Five of fourteen. Dior holds the only Hall of Fame induction; Bridgette B the deepest and most recent run of wins; the rest hold a single confirmed category title each.

Longest documented careers

Seventeen years for Lipps, more than two decades for Minka. Longevity is scored higher on this page than our default rubric for exactly this reason.

Weakest documentation

Ranked, with the limits stated on their entries. Each rests on Wikidata alone, with no encyclopaedia article in any language and, in most cases, no award record.

Editorial process

Who this list leaves out, and why

Search results for this keyword pull in two kinds of error: real adult performers whose most-repeated claims did not survive a check against the actual award record, and public figures who are not adult performers at all but appear on competing "busty pornstar" lists anyway, sometimes defamatorily. Both are addressed here rather than quietly dropped.

Considered and left off, or corrected

Chelsea Charms
Chelsea Charms

The most thoroughly documented augmentation case in the category — three successive surgeries, a Marc Quinn body-modification art series, and a 2020 retirement and reduction she discussed publicly. But she holds no award from any recognised industry body and no debut year for a performing career is documented anywhere, so there is no adult-film record for this index to score. She was ranked in our first edition and has been moved here for the same reason Anna Nicole Smith and Pamela Anderson sit in this section.

SR
Sha Rizel and Beshine

Both are widely credited online with "world’s largest implants"-type claims and huge follower counts under this keyword. Neither claim traces to any source on our approved list — both circulate only through tabloid and aggregator coverage that this programme does not treat as reliable. Left off rather than ranked on an unverifiable claim.

DM
Devon Michaels

A real, if thinly documented, performer — but her Wikidata record carries internally conflicting birth dates and no reliable encyclopaedia article, and her stage name is a near-exact match for the considerably better-documented performer known simply as "Devon" (AVN Hall of Fame, 2010). We could not resolve the conflicting data confidently enough to rank her, and flag the name collision so readers researching either woman do not conflate their records.

SR
Sofia Rose, September Reign, Terry Nova and Candy Samples

Each returned either no independently verifiable career facts beyond a bare name and birth year, or an unresolved birth-date conflict — Candy Samples’ Wikidata entry gives 1928, decades earlier than the figure widely reported elsewhere, and we could not settle it against a reliable source. A widely repeated claim that Terry Nova won AVN Female Foreign Performer of the Year in 2010 is false: that year’s winner, per the ceremony’s own record, was Aletta Ocean.

AG
Aria Giovanni, Ewa Sonnet and Merilyn Sakova

Frequently listed under "busty pornstar" searches, all three are primarily glamour, Penthouse or Score-Group nude models rather than hardcore adult-film performers on the documented record, and describing them as pornstars outright would overstate what their own biographies support. Giovanni’s English Wikipedia article, for instance, calls her an "erotic actress" and cites only one ambiguous "pornographic" film credit. None is ranked here.

Misidentified on other lists — not adult performers

Anna Nicole Smith

Routinely listed on competing "busty pornstar" pages. She was Playboy’s Playmate of the Year for 1993 and a mainstream glamour model, reality-television star and actress. Her own English Wikipedia article contains no record of any hardcore adult-film work. Calling her a pornstar is a factual error about a real, deceased public figure, and it is corrected here rather than repeated.

Pamela Anderson

Also routinely listed. She is a mainstream actress and former Playboy model. The 1995 private video that circulates under her name was stolen and distributed without her consent by a third party, which Wikipedia’s own account of the episode makes explicit — it is not a produced or credited performance, and she has no hardcore adult-film credit of any kind. Listing her as a pornstar is both inaccurate and unfair to a real person, and is corrected here.

Background

The physical cost of the category, documented rather than assumed

This is the one article in our programme where the performers’ bodies are the explicit subject of the keyword, which makes the physical and financial cost of that casting a genuinely relevant story rather than an intrusive one. What follows is what trade press and the performers themselves have actually put on the record — not speculation about any individual’s health.

Back and neck strain, in the performers’ own words

Chelsea Charms has stated publicly that her breast size causes her no back pain and that she exercises specifically to strengthen her back against it — and also retired in 2020 citing health issues and an inability to travel, followed by a breast reduction. Both statements are on the record from the same person, which is rare in this category: most performers never discuss the physical cost publicly at all, in either direction.

Implants as a documented career expense

Trade press has covered breast augmentation as a direct, performer-financed cost of working in this niche rather than an incidental detail: crowdfunding platforms built specifically for the purpose, and performers structuring paid scenes explicitly to fund a surgery. This is a financial dimension of the category that gets almost no coverage outside adult trade publications.

FDA safety recalls, flagged as performer-relevant by trade press

The 2019 FDA-driven recall of Allergan’s BIOCELL textured breast implants, prompted by a link to a rare lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), was covered by adult-industry trade press with an explicit note that the recall "could affect the health of many adult performers" — general medical reporting that trade press itself judged directly relevant to this workforce, even though no dedicated investigative piece on performer-specific implant health outcomes exists on our approved source list.

A material choice with its own documented mechanism

Several performers on this list are documented as having used polypropylene "string" implants specifically, a material that continues to expand over years as surrounding tissue reacts to it. That is a distinct, sourced mechanism — not a guess — and it explains why several of these careers show implant sizes that grew across years of press coverage rather than settling after one surgery.

What is not documented

We found no reliable-source investigative piece specifically studying back or neck injury rates, implant revision surgery, or career-length effects as an industry-wide labour issue in this category. That absence is itself worth stating: the financial and safety angles are documented in fragments, by trade press and by individual performers, but no one has yet written the comprehensive account this subject deserves.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who is the best big tits pornstar?

Kianna Dior ranks first on our index. She has worked in the American adult industry since around 1999 and was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame’s Video Branch in 2020 — the only Hall of Fame induction on this list. Maxi Mounds, ranked fifth, holds the one independently certified record in this entire category — Guinness World Records’ largest augmented breasts on a living person, dated 4 February 2005 — on top of a 1999 USA Duo Championship win on the exotic-dancing circuit.

Are any big tits pornstars’ breasts confirmed natural?

Not on the reliable-sourced record. Of the fourteen performers ranked here, six have publicly documented breast augmentation and nine have no public record either way. Not one carries a reliable-sourced statement confirming an unaugmented bust — which reflects how rarely the absence of surgery gets documented, not a finding that everyone has had surgery.

Which big tits pornstars have documented breast augmentation?

Six: Chelsea Charms, Kayla Kleevage, Maxi Mounds, Minka, SaRenna Lee and Brittany Elizabeth. Several are documented as using polypropylene "string" implants specifically, a material that continues to expand over time as surrounding tissue reacts to it.

Who holds the record for the largest augmented breasts?

Maxi Mounds. Guinness World Records certified her implants at a US bra size of 42M on 4 February 2005, the largest augmented breasts recorded on a living person — a dated, independently measured record rather than an unverified claim.

Is Anna Nicole Smith a pornstar?

No. She was Playboy’s Playmate of the Year for 1993 and a mainstream glamour model, reality-television star and actress. Her own English Wikipedia article records no hardcore adult-film work of any kind. She appears on many competing "busty pornstar" lists, but the claim is a factual error.

Is Pamela Anderson a pornstar?

No. She is a mainstream actress and former Playboy model. The 1995 private video widely associated with her name was stolen and distributed without her consent by a third party — it is not a produced or credited performance, and she has no hardcore adult-film credit.

Why don’t any big tits pornstars hold a top AVN or XBIZ Performer of the Year title?

None do, and it is the defining fact of this category rather than an oversight in our research. Recognition in this niche runs almost entirely through category-specific and fan-voted awards — BBW and MILF categories, "Most Spectacular Boobs"-type fan awards, Guinness World Records certification — rather than the industry’s overall top prize, which is why we weight Recognition lower and Demand higher on this page than on our default rubric.

Why do some entries on this list have no award at all?

Because none is documented, and inventing one would violate this programme’s sourcing standard. Kayla Kleevage, Christy Marks, Lisa Lipps, Maserati, Madison Foxx and Minka are ranked on a formally sourced Wikidata classification — "big bust pornography" as a controlled field-of-work property — and documented career facts instead, and each entry says so directly.

What does "big bust pornography" actually mean as a classification?

It is a specific, controlled field-of-work property used on Wikidata for performers whose work centres on large-breast content, distinct from a general adult-film career that happens to feature a performer with a large bust. We use it throughout this article as a sourced categorisation rather than an editorial label, because it is checkable in a way that "known for" is not.

How often is this list updated?

A full re-audit every six months, plus an award-pillar update within fourteen days of each major ceremony. Given how many circulating claims in this category did not survive our verification, we also update the moment a claim can be newly sourced or newly disproved. Every change is logged with a date and a reason at the foot of this page.

Is this the list of the best tits pornstars or best boobs pornstars?

Yes, this page covers that search, but not by judging anatomy. Every placement rests on documented awards, career facts and, where a performer has said so herself, confirmed breast augmentation — never a subjective read of appearance. See the measurements policy for how body-related claims are handled across the whole site.

Methodology · The Pornstar Ranked Performer Index v3.0

How we ranked these performers

A 100-point composite built from six weighted pillars. Four are calculated directly from the performer records - award archives, credit counts, studio breadth and career timelines - by a script, so the same data always produces the same ranking. Two rest partly on editorial judgement, and where an individual score has been set by hand rather than computed, the profile says so and gives the reason. Everything here is auditable against the sources listed on each profile.

Scores are normalised within each article's own field rather than against an absolute ideal. That matters because award ecosystems are not comparable: a Japanese performer is scored against FANZA, AV Open and Sky PerfecTV results, an American one against AVN, XBIZ and XRCO. Ranking them on one absolute scale would be meaningless. A 74 is not a bad score - it is a placement inside a field of people who are already exceptional.

⚖︎

Weights for this category. Recognition falls to 18% from 28% on our default rubric, and Demand rises to 26% from 20%. The reason is a genuine, checkable fact about this category rather than a research shortfall: of the fourteen performers ranked here, exactly one — Kianna Dior — holds an AVN Hall of Fame induction, and not a single one holds an AVN or XBIZ Female or Foreign Performer of the Year, the industry’s usual top-tier prize. What recognition exists here is almost entirely niche, category-specific or fan-voted — a BBW or MILF category title, a "Most Spectacular Boobs" fan award, a Guinness World Records certificate — which are attention and popularity signals more than critical judgements, so we weight them closer to Demand’s logic than Recognition’s. Craft falls to 10% from 15% because this is a category defined by casting on a physical trait rather than performance range. Longevity rises to 16% from 10% because sustained, physically demanding bookings are a real differentiator here, and Influence rises modestly to 14% from 10% to credit the genre-definers, directors and the one certified world-record holder on this list.

Here is what the research found: of the fourteen performers ranked below, six have publicly documented breast augmentation — an interview, a press report, or a Wikidata property sourced to one of those. Nine have no public record either way. Not one of the fourteen carries a reliable-sourced statement confirming an unaugmented bust. That asymmetry is not evidence that nine of them have had surgery; it is evidence that augmentation generates press in a way that its absence never does, because "nothing happened" is not a story anyone reports. We say so plainly rather than filling the gap with a guess from a photograph, which is exactly the kind of claim this programme will not make about a real person.

The category is also unusually thinly documented by encyclopaedic standards. Only two of the fourteen performers ranked here have a dedicated English Wikipedia article; the rest rest on Wikidata, cross-checked wherever possible against the actual award ceremony’s own Wikipedia page rather than taken on trust. Several claims that circulate widely for this list — a scene award here, a Hall of Fame induction there — did not survive that check and were dropped. Where they were dropped, this page says which ones and why, in the changelog at the foot of the page.

⚠︎

Before you publish this page: Sourcing was unusually thin in this category by the standard of this programme: only two of the fourteen ranked performers (Chelsea Charms, Maxi Mounds) have a dedicated English Wikipedia article, and the remainder rest on Wikidata, cross-checked against ceremony pages wherever a ceremony page exists. Several award claims commonly repeated for this keyword — for Autumn Falls and Terry Nova specifically — did not survive that check and are not used. Breast augmentation is stated only where a performer’s own account or a reliable press report documents it; for every other performer on this list it is marked "not documented," which is a statement about the public record, not a claim about the performer. Verify anything marked medium or low confidence before publishing publicly.

Industry Recognition
18%
Computed from records

Awards, nominations and Hall of Fame status.

How it is scored

Calculated by script from the award arrays on each performer record. A Hall of Fame induction is the heaviest single signal, then a Performer of the Year win, then a category win, then any other competitive win, then a nomination at roughly a quarter weight. Lifetime Achievement honours are scored as ordinary wins rather than as Performer of the Year, because Hall of Fame induction already captures career recognition and double-counting it visibly distorted an earlier edition of our all-time list.

Awards are the only independently-audited quality signal this industry produces. They are voted by peers and press, their archives are public, and they are the one input a reader can check without taking our word for anything.

Body of Work
16%
Computed from records

Credit volume, studio breadth and niche-defining titles.

How it is scored

Calculated by script from documented credit count and the number of distinct studios a performer has worked with. Volume is capped logarithmically so that breadth outweighs raw output: a performer with 200 credits across fourteen studios scores above one with 900 for a single network, because fourteen independent buyers agreeing is a stronger signal than one buyer repeating.

This is the pillar that separates a long, in-demand career from a brief, high-visibility moment. Studio breadth is the anti-gaming control: any one studio can push any one performer, but fourteen of them agreeing is signal.

Audience Demand
26%
Blind-scored panel

Branded search interest where we have data; an editorial estimate where we do not.

How it is scored

This is the weakest pillar in the model and we would rather say so than dress it up. Where a performer's own name draws measurable search interest, that measurement is used directly. At present that covers a minority of the performers we have scored. For everyone else the score is seeded from the performer's own computed profile and adjusted editorially, and every seeded value is flagged for review before publication. Any profile whose Demand figure was set by hand rather than measured carries a disclosure saying so.

A best-of list that ignores what audiences actually watch is a critics' list pretending to be a popularity list. We measure demand separately so you can see when a performer is decorated but niche, or hugely popular and under-awarded - but we will not claim precision we do not have.

Craft & Screen Presence
10%
Blind-scored panel

Performance quality, range and screen presence. An editorial judgement.

How it is scored

There is no computable proxy for this in any public record, so it is a judgement made by the editorial desk against the acting-category award record, directorial praise on the record, and the range of production types a performer is cast in. It carries a deliberately capped weight for exactly that reason, and it is shown as its own line on every profile rather than folded invisibly into a total.

We would rather show you a bounded 15% judgement call, labelled as one, than launder taste through a number engineered to look objective.

Longevity & Consistency
16%
Computed from records

Years active, output consistency and successful career restarts.

How it is scored

Calculated by script from documented debut year to the most recent verified release, adjusted for gaps. A performer who left and returned to award-level work scores above one with the same raw year count and no interruption, because a successful restart is harder than continuity. Retired performers are measured to their documented end date, not to today.

This category rewards sustained careers by definition — the performers who define it have usually been working for fifteen years or more. Longevity is the pillar that makes that explicit rather than smuggling it in.

Influence & Crossover
14%
Blind-scored panel

Mainstream reach, business ownership, directing and advocacy.

How it is scored

Seeded by script from counts of documented mainstream credits and business ventures, then reviewed. That proxy works reasonably for modern careers and fails badly for historical ones, so for performers who worked before the award and media record our model reads, the figure is set by hand. Every such case is disclosed on the profile.

Some performers changed what the job is, not just how well it is done. Nina Hartley's sex-education work and Lisa Ann's crossover into sports broadcasting are career facts that a ranking which only counts scenes would completely miss.

The six-step process

1

Define the field

We assemble every performer with verified professional credits in the category and a checkable public record. Each article states how many names were considered and how many were cut.

2

Pull the records

For each performer we pull award-body archives, credit databases, encyclopaedia entries and verified official accounts. Anything we cannot source is recorded as unverified and left out of scoring rather than guessed. Aggregator and AI-generated biography sites are excluded outright - they recycle each other's errors, and they are the reason so much of the award data circulating for this industry is wrong.

3

Compute the record-derived pillars

Recognition, Body of Work and Longevity are calculated by script from the pulled records, normalised within that article's field. No human sets these numbers.

4

Set the judgement pillars

Craft is an editorial score. Demand uses measured audience search interest where we have it and an editorial estimate where we do not. Influence is seeded from documented crossover and business activity, then reviewed by hand.

5

Weight, rank, and sanity-check

Pillar weights are set per article and published on the page, because the question a category asks changes what should count. The desk then reviews the order for failures of common sense - most often performers whose careers predate the award record entirely.

6

Disclose every intervention

Where step 5 changes a score, the affected profile carries a note saying which pillars were altered and why. Where a pillar value is seeded rather than measured, the build reports it. We publish the corrections log rather than editing silently.

✕ Who we exclude, and why

  • Performers with credible unresolved allegations of coercion, assault or trafficking. A ranking is an endorsement of a professional record, and we will not extend one where consent is in question.
  • Anyone whose age at the time of any listed credit cannot be independently verified as 18 or over.
  • Performers who have publicly asked to be left off editorial rankings. Removal requests are honoured without argument and without requiring a reason.
  • Content, imagery or links sourced from leaks, hacks or non-consensual distribution — regardless of how widely circulated it is elsewhere.

△ Where this model is weak

  • Demand is our weakest inputWe have measured audience search interest for only a minority of the performers scored so far. The rest carry editorial estimates. This is the pillar most likely to move as our measurement of audience demand widens.
  • Award archives favour recent, American productionAVN, XBIZ and XRCO are US bodies founded in the 1980s and 1990s. Performers who worked earlier, or outside the United States, are structurally disadvantaged by the Recognition pillar. We correct for it by hand and disclose each correction, which is a fix but not a solution.
  • Craft is a judgement, and judgements varyOne informed desk scoring against the acting-award record is better than asserting an order with no reasoning, but it is still a view. It is capped at 15% and shown separately for that reason.
  • Pre-2000 credit counts are unreliableOlder releases are documented far less consistently than modern ones, which understates the output of long careers. The Longevity pillar partly offsets this; it does not fully correct it.
  • Normalisation means scores are not cross-comparableAn 88 on our Japanese ranking and an 88 on our MILF ranking are not the same achievement. Each score positions a performer within her own field, and comparing across articles is not a use these numbers support.

Corrections and update log

Factual corrections are made within 48 hours of verification and logged, dated and described at the foot of the article. Changes to the scoring model itself are logged the same way - when we found that Lifetime Achievement honours were being scored as Performer of the Year wins, we published the fix and the resulting rank changes rather than quietly re-running the build. Cadence: Full re-audit every six months; award pillars updated within 14 days of each major awards ceremony. Next full audit: 2027-02-20.

What changed in this edition

  • First edition. Fourteen performers scored on the Pornstar Ranked Performer Index v2.1, re-weighted for a category with almost no top-tier Performer of the Year recognition.
  • Definition section built around the natural-vs-augmented distinction: six of fourteen performers have documented augmentation, nine have no public record either way, and none has a reliable-sourced confirmation of being unaugmented.
  • Industry section covers the category’s documented occupational-health dimension — back and neck strain, implant-funding schemes, and FDA safety recalls flagged by trade press as performer-relevant.
  • Two award claims widely repeated for this list were checked directly against the awarding body’s own ceremony page and found not to hold up: Autumn Falls’s frequently cited "Best Lesbian Group Sex Scene" AVN win, which the ceremony’s own record shows as a nomination only, and a cluster of further AVN scene wins and a Penthouse Pet title attributed to her on Wikidata. Neither is scored.
  • Six performers — Kayla Kleevage, Christy Marks, Lisa Lipps, Maserati, Madison Foxx and Minka — are ranked with no confirmed award at all, on the strength of a formally sourced big-bust-pornography classification and documented career facts. Each entry says so directly.
  • Sha Rizel and Beshine excluded outright: their widely repeated "world’s largest implants" claims trace only to tabloid and aggregator sites, not to any source on our approved list.

correction

Maxi Mounds’ Guinness World Record and 1999 USA Duo Championship were being scored as industry awards, which ranked her first on this page. A Guinness record is a measurement and a duo championship is a stripping contest; neither is an adult-industry performance honour. Both facts are retained as notable works but no longer feed the Recognition pillar.

correction

Chelsea Charms moved from the ranked list to the near-misses section. She has no documented debut year, no award from any recognised body, no credit count and no studio affiliations — there is no adult-film record for the index to score, and ranking her was inconsistent with placing Anna Nicole Smith and Pamela Anderson in near-misses on identical grounds.

edition

First edition published. Fourteen performers scored on Index v2.1 with category-adjusted weights: Recognition 18%, Demand 26%.

2026-08-22
correction

Autumn Falls’s widely repeated AVN "Best Lesbian Group Sex Scene" win removed as unverified: checked directly against the 37th and 39th AVN Awards’ own published records, she appears only as a nominee in that category. A further cluster of 2020/2022 AVN scene wins and a Penthouse Pet title attributed to her on Wikidata could not be confirmed against any primary ceremony record and are not scored.

2026-08-22
correction

A widely repeated claim that Terry Nova won AVN Female Foreign Performer of the Year in 2010 is false — the ceremony’s own record shows the winner as Aletta Ocean. Nova is not ranked on this list.

2026-08-22
exclusion

Sha Rizel and Beshine excluded: their "world’s largest implants"-type claims trace only to tabloid and aggregator sources, not to anything on our approved source list.

2026-08-22
correction

Anna Nicole Smith and Pamela Anderson, both routinely listed on competing "busty pornstar" pages, are documented as having no hardcore adult-film credit and are corrected in the section below rather than ranked.

2026-08-22
note

Six performers ranked with no confirmed award from any recognised body, on the strength of a sourced Wikidata "big bust pornography" classification and documented career facts: Kayla Kleevage, Christy Marks, Lisa Lipps, Maserati, Madison Foxx and Minka.
