Pornstar Ranked

Pornstars With Natural Boobs: Nine Documented, Never Guessed From a Photo

Every competing list under this search term does the same thing: it looks at photographs and guesses. That is not a standard this programme's method can support — appearance is not a verifiable fact, and our pornstar measurements page already sets out in detail why this site will not publish a bust-waist-hip figure or a "natural or fake" inference for anyone.

This page asks a different, checkable question instead, and now accepts two kinds of answer to it: a performer's own public statement about her augmentation status, and the industry's own explicit marketing of a performer under a "natural bust" catalogue category.

The short answer

This page does not rank who has the "most natural" body — that is not a checkable claim, and no sentence here describes anyone's appearance. It documents nine performers under two kinds of real evidence: four who have made their own augmentation status public, in their own words (Aurora Snow, Lisa Ann, Nicole Aniston, Karmen Karma), and five credited by name in a studio's own branded "natural bust" catalogue series — Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" or "Naturally Busty" (Angela White, Karlee Grey, Violet Myers, Lauren Phillips, Katrina Jade). Ordered by measured demand, then award count, then career length.

Documented, not ranked

Nine names, two kinds of documentation, ordered by demand

These nine are presented unranked and ordered by measured search demand, then total award count, then documented career length for the names this site's demand data does not yet cover — the same ordering rule used across every rebuilt page on this site. Each entry states plainly which of the two evidence tiers applies to her: a performer's own statement, or a studio's own compilation-catalogue credit.

All nine are genuine, working adult performers, each with a fuller scored profile elsewhere on this site; none is ranked against the others here because doing so would measure career length, awards and demand rather than the thing this page is actually about. Eight have a portrait on file; Karmen Karma does not, and sits at the bottom of the list, acknowledged rather than dropped.

Presented unranked. No composite score is shown on this page and no ItemList is emitted — this page still does not describe or rank anyone by her appearance, only by what she has said about her own body or how a studio has credited her.

Why Angela is included

White is credited in individual releases of Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" series -- a compilation catalogue the studio itself brands around unenhanced busts, distinct from its other lines.

That is a studio's own cataloguing choice, not this page's reading of an image: the same test this site applies to a documented persona or credit anywhere else.

Her presence here says nothing about the rest of her career, which is ranked on this site under an entirely different, far larger record -- three consecutive AVN Female Performer of the Year wins among them -- on our Australian pornstars page and several others.

The case against: A studio series credit documents how one company catalogued a specific release, not a claim she has made about herself, and this page treats the two kinds of evidence differently rather than presenting them as equally strong.
Career and credits

Career

White began performing in Australia in 2003 while still at school and went on to take a first-class honours degree in Gender Studies from the University of Melbourne in 2010. She built one of the most decorated award records in industry history, becoming the first performer to win AVN Female Performer of the Year three consecutive times, and founded her own production company, AGW Entertainment. She has published academic writing on pornography performance and stood as an Australian Sex Party candidate in the 2010 Victorian state election.

Signature: Three straight Performer of the Year wins is the most concentrated run of top recognition in AVN history, and she is one of very few performers with a peer-reviewed publication record.

Why Lisa is included

Lisa Ann’s case documents the other half of this page’s subject: not declining augmentation, but publicly reversing it. In March 2025 she had her breast implants removed and posted about it on her own X account, writing that she was "living in my natural body for the first time since I was 18" and calling the decision "next-level empowering."

In subsequent interview coverage she said the industry had pushed cosmetic procedures on her early in her career and put a figure on it — an estimated $25,000 to $45,000 a year in upkeep, roughly $250,000 over her career.

That is a specific, dated, self-disclosed account of both the pressure and the reversal, not an inference from how she currently looks; her full record is scored on our MILF pornstars ranking, where she ranks first.

The case against: The cost figures come from her own recollection on a podcast appearance rather than a receipt or third-party audit, and the coverage citing them is entertainment press rather than a trade or medical source.
Career and credits

Career

Lisa Ann first performed in the mid-1990s, left the industry in 1997, and returned in 2006 to a market that had changed completely. That second act built the legend. Her 2008 Hustler political parody drew mainstream news coverage and remains her best-known credit. She founded Lisa Ann Productions in 2013, won an AVN Award for Best MILF Release for MILF Revolution, and has since built a second career as a fantasy-sports broadcaster on SiriusXM. In March 2025 she had her breast implants removed, posting on her own verified X account that she was “living in my natural body for the first time since I was 18” and calling the decision “next-level empowering.” In a 2025 podcast appearance and subsequent press coverage she said directors and the industry had pushed cosmetic procedures on her early in her career, estimating the annual upkeep cost at $25,000–$45,000 and the implants’ total cost over her career at roughly $250,000.

Signature: Comic timing that most of her peers never attempted. Lisa Ann plays scenes for character rather than heat, which is exactly why her parody work broke out into mainstream news coverage.

Why Karlee is included

Grey is credited in "Naturally Busty 4," a branded compilation series that, like Reality Kings' "Big Naturals," catalogues performers under an explicit unenhanced-bust category as a matter of studio marketing rather than this site's own judgement.

Her much larger career record -- six award nominations across three bodies since her 2014 debut -- is ranked in full on our petite pornstars page, where this specific credit plays no part in her score.

The case against: One compilation-series credit is a narrower and more recent kind of evidence than a performer's own repeated public statement, and this page does not treat it as equivalent proof.
Career and credits

Career

Grey debuted in 2014 and has one of the more sustained nomination records on this list without ever converting one into a major-body win: three consecutive AVN nominations from 2016 to 2018, plus XRCO nominations in 2016 and 2022 and XBIZ nominations in 2018 and 2024. She was named Vixen’s Angel of the Month and Cherry Pimps’ Cherry of the Month, both in early 2017. She is represented by a talent agency and has spoken publicly about industry pay and working conditions.

Signature: Eight years of nominations across three separate award bodies, and the only performer on this list whose height is confirmed by an actual English-language encyclopaedia entry.

Why Violet is included

Myers appears in Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" catalogue by studio credit, the same branded category Angela White is named under. Her two competitive AVN scene wins since her 2018 debut are argued and scored in full on our best pussy pornstars ranking, a record built entirely apart from this specific studio credit.

The case against: As with the other studio-catalogue names on this page, the credit documents a company's own marketing category for one release rather than anything Myers has said about her own body.
Career and credits

Career

Born in Los Angeles in 1997 and working since 2018, Myers holds the two verified competitive award wins in this group: the 40th AVN Awards in January 2023 gave Best Foursome/Orgy Sex Scene to the ensemble cast of High Gear in Blacked Raw V56, and the 41st in January 2024 gave Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene to She Ruined Me for Deeper, opposite Chris Diamond. She was named a Vixen Angel in May 2023 and was a fan-voted Favorite Female Porn Star nominee at the 2024 ceremony.

Why Nicole is included

Aniston gave one of the most direct on-record accounts of augmentation pressure in this industry: she said she was "told by certain male overseers, agents and directors that if I got my boobs done I’d make a lot more money," and that she went along with it "in my naïveté," booking the first doctor she could find.

She later had the implants reduced, which she posted about on her own account. Her Penthouse Pet of the Year title (2013) and 2018 selection as a Vixen Angel are independently confirmed on Wikidata and give her the strongest mainstream-recognition record of anyone on this page, and place her on the most beautiful pornstar roll.

The case against: She still has implants, at a reduced size — her case documents reversing part of the augmentation and naming the pressure behind the original decision, not returning to an unaugmented state, and the exact year of the reduction is not stated in the cited coverage.
Career and credits

Career

Aniston’s first credited scene was released in 2009, and she began working regularly with Reality Kings from late 2010. She began modelling for Penthouse in early 2012, was named Pet of the Month that August and Pet of the Year for 2013. In 2018 she was chosen as a Vixen Angel, and she has combined studio work with her own subscription site since 2013, feature dancing across U.S. clubs between 2017 and 2019. She has said publicly that she was pressured early in her career to get breast implants — recalling that ‘certain male overseers, agents and directors’ told her she would make a lot more money if she did, and that she went along with it ‘in my naïveté’ — and later had the implants reduced, posting about the reduction on her own X account.

Signature: Won Penthouse Pet of the Month and Pet of the Year within twelve months of each other in 2012–2013, then became a Vixen Angel five years later — one of the few performers on this list with a marquee beauty title and a marquee contract signing on opposite sides of the same decade.

Why Aurora is included

Snow is the clearest documented case of a performer choosing not to augment despite direct professional pressure to do so.

In her own 2019 Daily Beast feature on the subject, she wrote that her agent told her she would "never be in the upper echelon of porn stars" without implants, that she went as far as booking a consultation, and that she ultimately decided against the surgery — "wasn’t brave enough to go under the knife," in her own words, out of a specific fear of surgical complications rather than any objection to how implants look.

She built her career, including a 2003 AVN Female Performer of the Year win confirmed on that ceremony’s own list, without the procedure her agent told her she needed.

She is not ranked on this page because the page ranks nobody; her full six-pillar scored profile on our American pornstar ranking carries her award record in detail.

The case against: Her account of the pressure is self-reported in a first-person essay rather than corroborated by the agent named, and it describes a choice she made roughly two decades ago in a market that has since changed. It says nothing about whether the same pressure exists in the same form today.
Career and credits

Career

Born Rebecca Kensington, Snow entered the industry at eighteen and won the AVN Award for Female Performer of the Year in 2003 — confirmed on AVN’s own winners list, a top-tier title several other widely credited names in this industry falsely claim. She retired around 2011 and became a contributing writer for The Daily Beast, covering the industry’s own politics, including John Stagliano’s federal obscenity prosecution for Adult Video News in 2010, and later spoke on vice regulation and pornography culture at Harvard Law School (2014) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (2015). Despite not personally using condoms in most of her own scenes, she publicly supported the 2012 Measure B mandate.

Signature: Holds the one credential on this list that is unambiguously top-tier by the industry’s own measure, then spent her post-performing career reporting on the same regulatory fights — Measure B, federal obscenity law — that reshaped the business.

Why Lauren is included

Phillips is named in the same "Naturally Busty" compilation credit as Karlee Grey and Angela White. Her wider record since debuting in 2013 is scored on our big ass pornstars page and elsewhere on separate merits this specific series credit has no bearing on.

The case against: A shared compilation-series credit is not a personal statement, and this page does not present it as one -- it is the weakest tier of evidence used anywhere on this page, disclosed as such.
Career and credits

Career

A Rutgers University graduate who grew up in Atlantic County, New Jersey, Phillips debuted in 2013 and built a career recognised almost entirely by the NightMoves and Inked circuits rather than by AVN or XBIZ juried categories — a pattern that recurs across this list. She co-hosted the radio programme Inside the Industry with James Bartholet, was inducted into the NightMoves Hall of Fame in 2020, and discussed experiencing online harassment in a 2018 interview with The Daily Beast.

Signature: Her only body-specific credit is a single Inked Awards "Best Ass" title in 2019 — a thinner record on that specific axis than most names on this list, which is exactly why her placement here leans on longevity and fan-circuit recognition instead.

Why Katrina is included

Jade is named among the performers credited in Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" catalogue. Her own award record and a decade-long career are ranked separately, on their own merits, on our lesbian pornstars page and elsewhere; this specific studio credit is the sole basis for her place on this page.

The case against: This is the same studio-catalogue tier of evidence as the other names added this edition -- real and citable, but a company's own marketing choice for one release rather than anything she has said about herself.

Why Karmen is included

Karma’s account is the most complete of the four, because she is on record about both ends of the decision.

She told the Daily Beast that work she had struggled to book because of her tattoos — the casting barrier the tattooed pornstars page describes — "suddenly" appeared once she had her first augmentation in 2014, naming the direct commercial incentive rather than leaving it implied.

After a second procedure in late 2015 and a textured-implant recall drew public attention to breast implant illness, she matched her own symptoms — migraines, persistent fatigue, hair loss — to the condition and had the implants removed, saying she weighed continuing to deteriorate against being present for her daughter. That is a documented before, during and after, each stage in her own words.

The case against: She has no English-language Wikipedia article, so her record here is built from Spanish Wikipedia, Wikidata and the Daily Beast feature rather than the higher-tier sourcing available for the other three names on this page, and a specific award claim attached to her name elsewhere online (an Urban X title) checked out false against that ceremony’s own announced result and is not included. She has no portrait on file in this site’s image store, which is why she sits at the bottom of this page rather than at the top her documentation would otherwise earn.
Career and credits

Career

Born Amber van de Bunt in Detroit, she left business studies at Northern Michigan University, worked as a webcam model on Cam Soda and as an exotic dancer, then moved to Los Angeles in January 2012 to perform full-time. About a year and a half into her career, in 2014, she had her first breast augmentation on the advice of her agent and industry colleagues, telling the Daily Beast that work she had struggled to book because of her tattoos suddenly picked up once she had the procedure done. She had a second augmentation, replacing the original implants, toward the end of 2015. She signed an exclusive contract with Brazzers in mid-2018. After a textured-implant recall drew public attention to breast implant illness, she matched her own symptoms — migraines unresponsive to medication, persistent fatigue and hair loss — to the condition and underwent explant surgery, telling the Daily Beast she weighed continuing to deteriorate against being an active part of her daughter’s life and chose to have the implants removed. She has also written a memoir, Overcome, about her industry experiences.

Signature: One of the few performers on record describing the full arc on her own account — why she got implants, what the industry response to them was, and why she had them taken back out.

Definitions

Two kinds of real evidence, and what this page still refuses

Type this exact search term into any engine and every result does the same thing: sorts performers by whether the writer thinks their breasts look real. That is not a fact about a person, it is an opinion about a photograph, and this programme does not publish opinions about a real person's body dressed up as a list. Our pornstar measurements page documents in detail why bust-waist-hip figures circulating for this industry are fabricated marketing copy rather than verified data, and why this site's `physical` field carries only height, hair and eye colour. That discipline is unchanged here: nothing on this page is this site's own reading of anyone's appearance.

What has changed is which kinds of documented fact this page accepts. The first, strongest tier is a performer's own cited public statement — four performers have gone on the record about their own augmentation history, described in full below. The second tier, new this edition, is a studio's own branded catalogue: Reality Kings runs "Big Naturals" and "Naturally Busty" as named compilation series specifically distinguishing unenhanced from enhanced busts, and crediting a performer in one of those series is the studio's own marketing choice, on the same footing this site gives a documented persona or catalogue label anywhere else. Five performers clear that second bar.

The two tiers are not treated as equally strong, and each entry below says which one applies. A studio's own compilation credit is a real, citable fact about how that company markets a release; it is a different, thinner kind of evidence than a performer's own repeated on-record statement, and this page does not blur the two. Neither tier is a claim this page makes about anyone's body in its own words — every sentence here reports what a performer said or what a studio credited, never what a photograph looks like.

TermWhat it meansHow it differs
A performer's own statementA cited, on-record account a performer has given of her own augmentation, decline, reduction or removal. The strongest tier on this page. Four names — Aurora Snow, Lisa Ann, Nicole Aniston, Karmen Karma — carry this evidence.
A studio's own catalogue creditBeing named in a branded compilation series a studio markets specifically around an unenhanced-bust category, such as Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" or "Naturally Busty."A real, citable studio-marketing fact, but a thinner and more recent kind of evidence than tier one — five names carry this evidence and are labelled accordingly.

Context

A commercial pressure that predates this page by decades

1990s–2000s

Augmentation becomes an industry expectation, not a personal choice

Breast augmentation moved from an individual cosmetic decision to something closer to an industry norm during this period, and the pressure was not always subtle. Jenna Jameson got her first breast implants in 1994 to advance her stripping and film career, by her own account one of the clearest early cases of the industry treating augmentation as a career requirement rather than a personal preference. She had them removed after retiring in 2007, telling Us Weekly at the time that she had "felt uncomfortable" with them and was "shy at the beach," and that she felt she was experiencing "pure bliss for the first time" afterward. Her case is not added to this page's companion roster because she is already ranked on this site's celebrity pornstars, pornstar moms and top pornstars rankings; it is described here because it is the earliest well-documented version of the exact pattern this page tracks.

2014–2015

The same pressure, named by two performers independently

Karmen Karma and Nicole Aniston each described, years before they were interviewed together on the subject, an almost identical mechanism: an agent or director told them augmentation would mean more work and more money, and each went along with it early in her career. Karma has said that bookings she had struggled to get because of her tattoos appeared as soon as she was augmented in 2014. Aniston has said she was told directly by "certain male overseers, agents and directors" that implants would make her "a lot more money." Neither account is a guess about industry conditions in general — both are first-person statements about a specific decision each performer made.

2019

One feature puts the pressure and the reversal in the same place

Aurora Snow — herself a former AVN Female Performer of the Year — wrote a Daily Beast feature in which she interviewed Karma and Aniston about their experiences and disclosed her own: her agent told her she would "never be in the upper echelon of porn stars" without implants, and she declined the surgery after a consultation, calling it a fear of surgical complications rather than an objection to the result. The same piece carried a fourth performer, Christy Foxx, describing breathing and memory problems after her own augmentation; her case is not added to this page's roster because no source beyond that one feature could be found to build a full record for her, and the page would rather name the gap than publish a thin one.

2025

A reversal decades later, with a figure attached

In March 2025, Lisa Ann — an AVN, Urban X and XRCO Hall of Famer with a career stretching back to the mid-1990s — had her breast implants removed, posting that she was "living in my natural body for the first time since I was 18." In subsequent interview coverage she put a number on the pressure Jameson, Karma and Aniston had each described in general terms: an estimated $25,000 to $45,000 a year in cosmetic-procedure upkeep, and roughly $250,000 in implant costs over the course of her career.

Editorial process

Checked, and left off — with the reason stated

Research for this page turned up several further names. None is added to the companion roster above, and each is left off for a specific, stated reason rather than folded in to pad the count.

Researched individually, and left off

CF
Christy Foxx

Named in the same 2019 Daily Beast feature as Karmen Karma and Nicole Aniston, describing breathing problems and memory loss after her own augmentation. No source beyond that one feature could be found to build an independently verifiable performer record — no Wikipedia article, no substantive Wikidata entity — so she is named here rather than given a thin record.

Adriana Chechik
Adriana Chechik

Has genuinely and publicly documented having her breast implants removed, on her own social media in 2024. She is left off this specific page because her posts describe the explant alongside a simultaneous, ongoing disclosure about removing lip filler, and do not cleanly separate into the single augmentation/reversal claim the four entries above each make on their own.

"W
"Angela White" breast-reduction coverage

Coverage describing a breast-implant reduction and quotes about being "tired of the fake look" surfaced attached to the name Angela White during research. It is Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela Renée White — not the Australian adult performer Angela White — the exact name-collision trap this programme has been burned by before (docs/ARTICLE-BRIEF.md §9). Not used.

A real, dated account — but already ranked elsewhere

Jenna Jameson

Her 1994 augmentation and 2007 explant, with a direct Us Weekly quote about the decision, are genuinely well documented. She is not added to this page's companion roster because she is already ranked on three published articles on this site (our celebrity pornstars, porn star mom and top pornstars pages); her case is described in `history` instead, with a link to her existing ranked profile, rather than given a second, unranked presentation here.

Background

What the two evidence tiers actually show, and what they don't

Read together rather than one at a time, the nine accounts and credits on this page describe two distinct, real mechanisms rather than a single vague claim — and each shows its own limits.

The self-statement tier: pressure applied by name, not implied

Aniston and Snow both name the people who pressured them — "agents and directors" and, in Snow's case, her own agent specifically — rather than describing a diffuse industry atmosphere. Karma's account adds the commercial mechanism directly: bookings changed measurably once she was augmented, by her own telling.

The self-statement tier: reversal is a later, separate decision

Lisa Ann, Nicole Aniston and Karmen Karma each described the original decision to augment and a separate, later decision to reduce or remove — sometimes years apart, and for different stated reasons. This page reports each stated reason as given rather than assuming one explains all three.

The studio-catalogue tier: a real marketing category, not a personal claim

Reality Kings runs "Big Naturals" and "Naturally Busty" as named, branded compilation series specifically distinguishing unenhanced from enhanced busts across dozens of volumes. Being credited in one is the studio's own cataloguing decision about a release, the same kind of documented persona or catalogue label this site accepts as evidence elsewhere — but it is a claim about how a company marketed a scene, not a statement the performer herself has made.

What neither tier shows

No performer named here discusses a studio or platform formally requiring augmentation, or its absence, as a written contract term, and no reliable source this page checked documents such a requirement in writing. The self-statement tier describes informal pressure — an agent's advice, a director's suggestion. The studio-catalogue tier describes a marketing choice, not a policy. This page does not claim otherwise for either.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which pornstars have natural boobs?

This page does not answer that literally — appearance-based guessing about a real person's body is exactly what our pornstar measurements page explains this site will not publish. It instead documents nine performers under two kinds of real evidence: a performer's own public statement (Aurora Snow, Lisa Ann, Nicole Aniston, Karmen Karma), or a studio's own "natural bust" catalogue credit (Angela White, Karlee Grey, Violet Myers, Lauren Phillips, Katrina Jade).

Why isn't this a ranked list?

Because ranking these nine against each other would compare career length, awards and demand — facts that have nothing to do with why they are on this page — while presenting what would look like a "best natural body" leaderboard, the exact framing this page exists to avoid. It is published as a `reference` article with an unranked companion roster, ordered by demand rather than merit.

What is the "Big Naturals" or "Naturally Busty" credit?

Both are branded compilation series Reality Kings runs, cataloguing performers specifically under an unenhanced-bust category across dozens of volumes. Being credited in one is the studio's own marketing decision about a release, a real and citable fact, but a different and thinner kind of evidence than a performer's own on-record statement — this page treats the two tiers differently and says so on every entry.

Did Lisa Ann really have her breast implants removed?

Yes. In March 2025 she posted on her own X account that she was "living in my natural body for the first time since I was 18," and follow-up interview coverage has her discussing the industry pressure and cost behind the original decision.

Was Nicole Aniston pressured into getting implants?

By her own account, yes. She has said she was told by "certain male overseers, agents and directors" that getting implants would make her significantly more money, and that she agreed to the procedure "in my naïveté." She later had the implants reduced.

What happened to Karmen Karma's implants?

She got her first augmentation in 2014 and a second in late 2015. After a textured-implant recall drew attention to breast implant illness, she matched her own symptoms — migraines, fatigue, hair loss — to the condition and had the implants removed. She has no portrait on file, which is why she sits last on this page despite the fullest documented arc of anyone here.

Did Aurora Snow ever get breast implants?

No. She has written that her agent told her she would "never be in the upper echelon of porn stars" without them, that she went as far as a consultation, and that she ultimately decided against the surgery out of a specific fear of surgical complications.

Is Angela White's inclusion here about implants?

No. She is included solely because Reality Kings' own "Big Naturals" catalogue credits her by name — a studio-marketing fact, unrelated to breast-reduction coverage that circulates online attached to the name "Angela White" but actually concerns Blac Chyna (legal name Angela Renée White), not this site's Angela White.

Is Jenna Jameson on this list?

Her 2007 implant-removal interviews are genuine and are discussed on this page, but she is not part of the companion roster here because she is already ranked on three other published pages on this site. Repeating her a second time, unranked, would duplicate that coverage rather than add to it.

Does this page describe how any of these performers look?

No. Every claim here is about a statement a performer made about herself or a studio's own catalogue credit, sourced and dated, never about her appearance — that is true whether or not a photograph of her appears on the page.

Were any of these performers required by a studio to get implants?

Not on the documented record. All four self-statement accounts describe informal pressure — an agent's advice or a director's suggestion — rather than a written studio or contract requirement, and no reliable source found for this page documents such a requirement in writing.

How this page was researched

This page publishes no ranking, so the Performer Index was not applied to it. It is sourced and corrected to the same standard as every ranking on this site — the difference is that the finding here is a documented absence rather than an order. The full rubric, including who is excluded from a ranking and why, is published on the Ranking methodology page.

Four performers clear the first, strongest bar. Aurora Snow turned an implant down and wrote about the agent who told her she needed one. Lisa Ann and Karmen Karma each had implants taken back out and said so themselves, years apart and for different reasons. Nicole Aniston named the specific people who told her augmentation would make her more money, then later had the implants reduced. Five more clear a second, real bar: Reality Kings runs a branded compilation series, "Big Naturals," and a companion series, "Naturally Busty," both cataloguing performers specifically under an unenhanced-bust category as a matter of the studio's own marketing, not this site's reading of an image. Angela White, Karlee Grey, Violet Myers, Lauren Phillips and Katrina Jade are each credited by name in one of those two series.

None of the nine is ranked against the others — this page presents, it does not score, and it is ordered by how often each name is searched, then by award count, then by career length for names this site's search-volume data has not yet measured. Eight of the nine have a portrait on file; Karmen Karma does not, and stays at the bottom of the list rather than being dropped, because her account is the fullest documented arc of anyone here.

⚠︎

Before you publish this page: This page publishes no ranking and no ItemList — see articleType: 'reference' in the file header for why. Nine performers are documented under two distinct evidence tiers, disclosed separately on each entry. Tier one, four performers, rests on each performer's own public statement: Aurora Snow, Nicole Aniston and Karmen Karma's core accounts trace to a single 2019 Daily Beast feature (byline Aurora Snow), and Lisa Ann's to her own 2025 social-media posts and subsequent interview coverage. Tier two, five performers added this edition, rests on a studio's own branded compilation catalogue — Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" or "Naturally Busty" series — a real, citable marketing fact about how that company catalogues a release, and a thinner kind of evidence than tier one. Karmen Karma carries no English-language Wikipedia article and no portrait on file; her record rests on Spanish Wikipedia, Wikidata and the Daily Beast feature, and she is placed last on the page for the missing photograph rather than dropped. Cost figures attributed to Lisa Ann ($25,000–$45,000 a year; roughly $250,000 total) are her own recollection from a 2025 podcast appearance, not an audited figure, and are presented as her account rather than as verified fact. Order follows measured branded-search demand, then award count, then career length. This page names no performer's appearance in its own words, whatever her photograph shows.

Factual corrections are made within 48 hours of verification and logged, dated and described at the foot of the article. Changes to the scoring model itself are logged the same way - when we found that Lifetime Achievement honours were being scored as Performer of the Year wins, we published the fix and the resulting rank changes rather than quietly re-running the build. What changed in this edition

  • Rebuilt from four names to nine, per the site owner's 2026-09-07 instruction that thin pages reach at least ten names where the record supports it, and per the broadened rule that membership can follow the industry's own marketing of a performer, not only her own quote.
  • Five names added on a second, distinct tier of evidence: a studio's own branded compilation catalogue. Angela White, Violet Myers and Katrina Jade are credited in Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" series; Karlee Grey and Lauren Phillips are credited in the "Naturally Busty" series. Every credit is the studio's own cataloguing choice, not this page's inference from an image, and is disclosed as a different, more recent kind of evidence than the original four performers' own statements.
  • The original four — Aurora Snow (declined implants), Lisa Ann (explanted 2025), Nicole Aniston (reduced, pressure named explicitly), Karmen Karma (explanted) — are unchanged and remain the strongest tier on this page.
  • Order is now demand-first: this site's branded-search-volume data, then total award count, then documented career length, matching the standard applied across every rebuilt page this wave.
  • Jenna Jameson's well-documented 2007 implant-removal interviews remain discussed in `history` rather than added to the roster, because she is already ranked on three published articles elsewhere on this site.

edition

Rebuilt from four names to nine, per the site owner's instruction that thin pages reach at least ten names where the record supports it. Five names added on a new, second evidence tier: a studio's own "natural bust" compilation catalogue (Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" and "Naturally Busty" series). Ordering changed to demand-first, then award count, then career length, matching the standard rule.

2026-09-07
sourcing

Angela White, Violet Myers and Katrina Jade added on Reality Kings' "Big Naturals" catalogue credit; Karlee Grey and Lauren Phillips added on the "Naturally Busty" catalogue credit. Every credit is the studio's own cataloguing choice, disclosed on each entry as a different, thinner tier of evidence than the original four performers' own statements.

2026-09-07
policy

`noPhotos: true` removed at the site owner's instruction. Eight of the nine performers named here have a photograph on file; Karmen Karma does not and shows this site's standard generated monogram panel, placed last on the page and acknowledged rather than dropped.

2026-08-29
edition

First edition, published as articleType: reference with a four-performer unranked companion roster and no ItemList, for the reasons set out in full in the file header.

2026-08-29
sourcing

Lisa Ann and Nicole Aniston performer records enriched with newly sourced, dated augmentation-history facts and fresh citations; no existing fact on either record altered.

2026-08-29
new-record

Karmen Karma added to the shared performer store for the first time, sourced to Wikidata, Spanish Wikipedia and a named-byline Daily Beast feature.

2026-08-29
correction

Breast-implant-reduction coverage found attached to the name "Angela White" during research identified as being about Blac Chyna (legal name Angela Renée White), not the adult performer Angela White. Not used anywhere on this page — her presence in the current edition is unrelated and rests on a studio catalogue credit instead.

2026-08-29
exclusion

Jenna Jameson's well-documented 2007 implant-removal account checked and excluded from the companion roster specifically because she is already ranked on three published pages elsewhere on this site; her case is instead described in `history`.
