Veronica Hart
Career
Born Jane Hamilton, Hart graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a theatre arts degree before becoming a leading star of the early 1980s; director Paul Thomas Anderson later called her "the Meryl Streep of porn" and cast her as a judge in Boogie Nights (1997). She moved into directing and producing for VCA Pictures from 1984, winning multiple XRCO directing awards, and has since worked as a tour guide at the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas and as a sex educator in China.
Signature: The path from Golden Age star to AVN Hall of Fame director is rare; she is the clearest example of it working end to end.
