What this site collects, who receives it, and how to switch it off.
Pornstar Ranked is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no forms and no comments, so there is nothing here to sign up for or submit. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends your IP address, device details and the pages you open to Google. You can switch that off, and the section below says how. This site is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
What is collected when you visit
This site uses Google Analytics, a measurement service run by Google, on every page. It processes the following.
Processed on every page
- Your IP address, which is also used to estimate the country, region and city you are in.
- Your device and browser: type, operating system, screen size and language.
- The pages you open here, the order you open them in, and how long you stay.
- The page or the search that sent you here, where your browser reports one.
- A randomly generated identifier held in a cookie, which tells a repeat visit apart from a new one. It is not your name, and there is no account here to attach it to.
This data is sent to and stored by Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside your country. Every page also loads its typefaces from Google’s font servers, which discloses your IP address to Google as the page is drawn. Nothing here asks for your name or email address, and nothing collected is sold.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser — _ga, and a second one named after this site’s measurement ID. They hold the identifier described above and expire after about two years. Clearing cookies for this site removes them, and blocking cookies stops them being set.
The site also stores two values in your own browser. These are first-party localStorage entries, readable only by this site, never sent anywhere, and gone the moment you clear site data.

Records that you pressed the light/dark toggle, so the site does not switch back on the next page. The value is the word “light” or “dark”.
starlist-age
Records that you pressed the 18-or-over confirmation, so it does not reappear on every page. No age, birth date or identity of any kind is asked for or kept.
How to stop the analytics collection
Any one of these works, and none of them changes what you can read here.
Three ways
- Google’s opt-out add-on. Install it from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. It stops Google Analytics collecting on every site you visit, not only this one.
- Your browser. Block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings. Most browsers can also block cross-site tracking outright.
- A blocker. Any tracker-blocking extension, or a browser with one built in, stops the analytics script loading at all.
Server access logs
The web server that delivers these pages keeps its own access log, which typically records your IP address, the time, the file requested, the referring page and your browser. That log belongs to the hosting provider, and no editorial process uses it.
Records and photographs of real people
This site publishes biographical records and photographs of real adults. Every fact is sourced, awards and credits are matched against at least two independent sources before publication, and a record below the desk’s confidence threshold is labelled on the page rather than presented as certain. Nothing is taken from private accounts, and nothing leaked or non-consensual is published or linked.
Photographs are Creative Commons or public-domain images republished from Wikimedia Commons, each rendered with its author and licence. How that works, and how to challenge any single image, is on the copyright page.
Your rights, and the fastest route to each
If you are one of the people written about here, these routes are faster than a formal request.
Route by route
- Access. Everything this site holds about a person it writes about is on their public page and in the ranking that scored them. There is no private file behind it.
- Rectification. Report an error through the corrections page. Every change ever made is logged there in public.
- Erasure. If you are a performer listed here, removal is honoured without argument and without requiring a reason. The route is on the ethics and consent policy, and it is acted on before any discussion of the merits, not after one.
- Objection. Write to thecamexpert2@proton.me. An objection is treated as a removal request unless you say otherwise.
- Complaint. You may complain to the data-protection supervisory authority for your own country, regardless of where this site is operated from.
