Pornstar Ranked

Porn Star Escort Ads and the Impersonation Economy

The people most reliably harmed by this search term are the performers named in the results. Adult performers’ names and photographs are routinely attached to advertising for sexual services by people the performer has never met, has not authorised, and frequently never learns about — and the performer is the one who then fields the phone calls, the accusations and the reputational damage.

That is the single most important fact about this category, it is documented in court records and reputable reporting, and almost no page competing for these words states it.

Presented, not ranked — a legal booking record, never a service claim

Ten performers with a documented feature-dancing or touring-appearance record

This is not a list of performers available for any service, and every entry below states that explicitly. It names ten performers whose own performer records — independently sourced, and scored elsewhere on this site for their actual careers — document a specific, legal, publicly advertised, non-sexual appearance history: feature dancing at a licensed venue, or an equivalent convention or touring appearance, arranged through named agents rather than through an anonymous advertisement. That is the real, bookable-in-real-life thing this search term is actually reaching for in the cases where a genuine booking exists at all — the opposite of an escort claim, not a softer version of one.

Two of the ten — Nikki Delano and Richelle Ryan — hold an actual judged industry title for this exact category, NightMoves' Best Feature Dancer award, which is about as far from an unverifiable escort advertisement's claims as a documented record gets. The order below runs by measured branded search demand where this site's keyword-research export covers a name, then by documented award count, then by documented career length, the same method used across this wave.

Most of the documented booking history below is historical rather than current — several of these performers are retired or semi-retired from touring — and every entry states that plainly. Nothing here should be read as a claim that any of the ten is currently available for any booking, appearance, or service of any kind.

Not individually scored against each other on this page; every one of the ten is scored in full elsewhere in this programme, linked from her entry. No entry states or implies that any performer offers, or has offered, a sexual service.

Why Amber is included

Lynn's own performer record states she was the highest-earning feature dancer of the 1980s club circuit — a documented, legal, non-sexual paid appearance category: a licensed venue booking a recognisable performer to dance and appear publicly, arranged through named agents, with no sexual service of any kind involved.

That is the actual booking category behind this search term in the rare cases where a real, legitimate booking exists, and it is the opposite of what an escort advertisement offers. Her broader industry standing is scored in full on this programme's top pornstars ranking.

The case against: This entry describes a historical touring peak from the 1980s and does not state or imply that Lynn currently tours or is available for any booking today. No claim about sexual services, current or historical, is made anywhere in this record.
Career and credits

Career

Lynn debuted in 1983 after modelling work and quickly became one of the top-earning performers on the strip-club touring circuit, reportedly commanding premium weekly fees at her commercial peak; her professional name was formally trademarked. She later moved into media hosting and real estate, and has served in a leadership role with the Adult Performance Actors Guild since 2016.

Signature: She set the touring pay standards that adult stars of the 1980s and 1990s negotiated against — a commercial legacy rather than an award one.

Why Nicole is included

Aniston's own performer record documents feature dancing across United States clubs between 2017 and 2019, run alongside her studio and subscription-site work — a publicly advertised, non-sexual club appearance, exactly the legitimate booking category this article's own definition section distinguishes from an escort advertisement.

Her wider career, including a Penthouse Pet of the Year title, is scored in full on this programme's most-beautiful-pornstar ranking.

The case against: The documented touring window ended in 2019, so this entry describes a specific, dated, closed chapter rather than a current booking, and nothing here states or implies any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Aniston’s first credited scene was released in 2009, and she began working regularly with Reality Kings from late 2010. She began modelling for Penthouse in early 2012, was named Pet of the Month that August and Pet of the Year for 2013. In 2018 she was chosen as a Vixen Angel, and she has combined studio work with her own subscription site since 2013, feature dancing across U.S. clubs between 2017 and 2019. She has said publicly that she was pressured early in her career to get breast implants — recalling that ‘certain male overseers, agents and directors’ told her she would make a lot more money if she did, and that she went along with it ‘in my naïveté’ — and later had the implants reduced, posting about the reduction on her own X account.

Signature: Won Penthouse Pet of the Month and Pet of the Year within twelve months of each other in 2012–2013, then became a Vixen Angel five years later — one of the few performers on this list with a marquee beauty title and a marquee contract signing on opposite sides of the same decade.

Why Bonnie is included

Rotten's own performer record documents that she entered the industry in early 2012 as a fetish model and feature dancer — a legal, publicly booked, non-sexual club-appearance role — before her 2014 AVN Female Performer of the Year win and the launch of her own production company that same year.

Her enormous award record, one of the largest on this entire site, is scored in full on this programme's tattooed pornstars ranking and its fake-tits pornstars page.

The case against: The feature-dancing fact is specific to her 2012 entry into the industry rather than a current or recent booking history, and nothing here states or implies she offers, or has ever offered, any sexual service.
Career and credits

Career

Rotten entered the industry in early 2012, at eighteen, as a fetish model and feature dancer. Two years later she became the first performer from the alt or tattooed end of the business to take AVN Female Performer of the Year, and in January 2014 she launched her own production company, Mental Beauty, Inc., directing for Girlfriends Films and Digital Playground. She released a product line with Pipedream in 2015, ran a tattoo shop between 2017 and 2018 and retired from performing in 2020. She appeared in The Weeknd’s Kiss Land video in 2013.

Signature: Proof that the category’s breakout window is not only for the girl-next-door marketing lane — she won the industry’s top female title on a heavily tattooed, explicitly alt persona.

Why Nikki is included

Delano is the clearest case on this page of a real, judged industry record for the exact legitimate booking category this article describes: NightMoves, an established industry awards body, gave her its Best Feature Dancer (Fan's Choice) award in 2015, on top of a documented feature-dancing run between 2013 and 2018 and a 2017 NightMoves Hall of Fame induction.

A juried award for a publicly booked, non-sexual dance category is about as far from an escort advertisement's claims as a documented record gets. Her broader career is scored in full on this programme's Latina pornstars ranking.

The case against: The documented feature-dancing run ended in 2018, so this describes a closed, historical booking record, and nothing here states or implies any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Born in Brooklyn to a family of Puerto Rican, Colombian and Italian descent — the eldest of eight siblings — Nikki Delano holds a forensic psychology degree from John Jay College and worked in banking before entering the industry in February 2011. Her record runs almost entirely through NightMoves: she won the magazine’s Best Latina Performer award in its inaugural year, 2012, added five further wins for Best Butt and Best Feature Dancer between 2013 and 2018, and was inducted into the NightMoves Hall of Fame in 2017. She also voiced a character in Grand Theft Auto V (2013) and appeared on the Spanish-language programmes El Gordo y la Flaca and The Jerry Springer Show.

Signature: A NightMoves Hall of Fame induction plus the win of that body’s first-ever dedicated Latina category — the only performer in this field with both.

Why Stormy is included

Daniels's own performer record documents that she began feature dancing in the late 1990s, a legal, publicly booked, non-sexual club-appearance career that predates and then ran alongside her later performing and directing work.

She holds AVN's Mainstream Star of the Year award among a substantial record scored in full on this programme's romantic pornstars ranking and its porn-star-mom page.

The case against: The feature-dancing record here is decades old and this entry makes no claim about any current booking or appearance of any kind, nor about any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Stephanie Gregory began feature dancing in the late 1990s before moving into performing in 2002 and directing in 2004, building a substantial award record in both roles. She achieved mainstream cameos in The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up. In 2018 her account of a 2006 encounter with Donald Trump and a related 2016 hush-money payment became a major national story, culminating in Trump’s May 2024 conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

Why Richelle is included

Ryan won NightMoves' Best Adult Film Star Feature Dancer award three years running, 2014 through 2016 — an industry body judging the same legal, publicly booked, non-sexual dance-appearance category this article distinguishes from an escort advertisement, and a repeated title rather than a single credit.

Her broader career, including an AVN Best Group Sex Scene nomination, is scored in full on this programme's MILF pornstars ranking and its best-figure pornstars page.

The case against: The documented award run ended in 2016, so this describes a specific, closed period of touring recognition, and nothing here states or implies any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Ryan worked as a dancer at a club in Richmond, Virginia, where contact with visiting feature performers led her into the industry; she shot her first professional scene on her twenty-first birthday in July 2006. She has worked for Naughty America, BangBros, Brazzers, Reality Kings, Wicked Pictures, New Sensations and Team Skeet, and built a parallel career as a touring feature dancer, winning NightMoves feature-dancer awards in three consecutive years.

Signature: Comfortable, unforced screen presence that reads as genuinely relaxed rather than performed.

Why Vanessa is included

Del Rio's own performer record states that her career ran on screen from 1974 to 1986, with feature dancing continuing after — a legal, publicly booked, non-sexual appearance career that extended her public presence well beyond her filmography, exactly the pattern the legitimate side of this search term is actually describing.

Her Hall of Fame record at both AVN and XRCO is scored in full on this programme's top pornstars ranking and its pornstar-real-names page.

The case against: No specific end date is documented for the feature-dancing period, and this entry makes no claim that it continues today, nor any claim about any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent, Del Rio debuted in 1974 and became one of the most prominent performers of the Golden Age, retiring from screen work in 1986 amid AIDS-era safety concerns before continuing in feature dancing and modelling. She later built and coded her own website to control her image and content directly, decades before that became standard practice.

Signature: The industry’s first major Latina star, and one of very few performers of any era still routinely referenced in hip-hop lyrics forty years on.

Why Charmane is included

Star's own performer record documents that she worked as a feature dancer alongside her filming career after her 1998 debut — a legal, publicly booked, non-sexual club appearance run concurrently with, rather than instead of, her on-screen work. Her broader career is scored in full on this programme's Philippines pornstars ranking.

Career

Born Sheryn Santos Lascano in the Philippines, Star relocated to California before age two and was raised and schooled in Sacramento. She began with print and automobile modelling before entering adult film in 1998 at 19, working as a feature dancer alongside her filming career and appearing in more than 300 titles over an eighteen-year run. She was featured in Hustler, Club and The Girls of Penthouse, appeared in the 2009 blaxploitation feature Black Dynamite, had recurring television spots on Night Calls, Zane's Sex Chronicles and Co-Ed Confidential, and appeared in a 2009 Baby Bash music video. Marin's own performer record documents that in 2017 she was selected, alongside Nikki Delano and Bridgette B, to headline an official adult-star party at a licensed Tijuana venue, and in October 2018 toured Spain, England, Italy and Poland, appearing at Barcelona's Salón Erótico convention — publicly advertised, non-sexual convention and venue appearances, booked and promoted openly, the legitimate category this article's definition section describes. Her broader career is scored in full on this programme's Mexican pornstars ranking.

The case against: The documented tour is specific to 2017 and 2018, so this entry describes a dated appearance record rather than a current booking, and nothing here states or implies any sexual service, current or historical.
Career and credits

Career

Born Yajayra Guadalupe Cortés Ito in Guadalajara, Marín worked as a clothing-brand model and in commercials before moving into erotic performance at private venues and, from October 2014, adult film. She has worked with a number of Mexican and Spanish-market studios, including SexMex, TuPornMex and Cumlouder, and has given over 180 live shows at clubs and swinger venues across Mexico. In 2017 she was selected alongside Nikki Delano and Bridgette B to headline Hustler magazine's official adult-star party at Déjà Vu Showgirls in Tijuana, and in October 2018 toured Spain, England, Italy and Poland, appearing at the Salón Erótico de Barcelona. Why Minka is included

Minka's own performer record documents exotic-dancing work continuing through at least 2017, run alongside her performing and directing credits — a legal, publicly booked, non-sexual club appearance, sustained for years rather than a single dated event. Career

Born in Seoul in 1960, Minka relocated to the United States in 1994 and began performing in pornographic film the following year, continuing through at least 2017 alongside directing credits and exotic dancing work. What the search term is actually finding

Three quite different things sit behind the phrase "porn star escort", and conflating them is what makes the category dangerous. The first is a marketing claim: an advertisement that attaches a recognisable performer’s name, or her photographs, to an offer of paid sexual services. The second is a real and legal category of paid public appearance that adult performers do take — feature dancing at licensed venues, convention and trade-show appearances, signings, meet-and-greets, hosted club nights — none of which is a sexual service and all of which is booked through disclosed, named agents. The third is the underlying question of whether any given individual sells sex, which is a private matter about a real person that this site does not investigate, assert or deny about anyone.

The first of those three is the subject of this page, and the documented record about it is unambiguous in one direction: the claim is usually false, and the person named in it is usually a victim of it rather than a party to it. The mechanics are ordinary identity fraud rather than anything exotic. Photographs from a performer’s public promotional material are lifted, because promotional material is by definition abundant and easy to find. A contact channel is created that the performer does not control. The performer’s name supplies the credibility that a stranger’s photograph would not. The performer learns about it, if she ever does, from a stranger who is either angry about money or wants to know when she is arriving.

The second category matters here for one reason only: it is what the fraud borrows from. Because performers genuinely do accept paid, advertised, publicly booked appearances, an offer framed as a booking looks plausible in a way it otherwise would not. This page therefore states plainly what those legitimate appearances are and does not go one step further into telling anyone how to arrange anything, because the step after "here is what a real booking looks like" is a verification guide, and a verification guide for this category is a purchasing aid regardless of the language it is written in. It does, however, name ten performers whose own performer records document exactly this legal, non-sexual booking history — feature dancing or an equivalent touring or convention appearance — in the companion roster further down this page, because naming the documented, legitimate version of a category is a different act from telling anyone how to buy something.

TermWhat it meansHow it differs
Escort advertisingAdvertising that offers a person’s companionship or sexual services for payment, historically in classified sections and latterly on dedicated sites, messaging channels and social platforms. Not a category this site indexes, links to, names or evaluates. Nothing on this page identifies where such advertising appears, and no performer named on this page is described as part of it.
Feature appearanceA paid, advertised, non-sexual public appearance by an adult performer — feature dancing at a licensed venue, a convention or trade-show booth, a signing, a hosted event. Booked through named agents and openly promoted by the performer herself.A real and lawful part of many performers’ income, and the legitimate booking channel that impersonation fraud imitates in order to look credible. Ten performers with a documented history in this category are named in the companion roster below.
Impersonation fraud ("eWhoring")The documented practice of assuming a named performer’s identity using her own promotional images and copy, building a relationship with a target over days or weeks, and extracting money — reported by The Daily Beast on 31 May 2020 with performers quoted on the record. Not the performer. The performer is the person whose identity was taken, and typically the last to find out.
Right of publicity (personality rights)The state-law right, in most US states, to control commercial use of your own name and likeness. New York’s version is Civil Rights Law §§ 50–51; there is no general federal equivalent. The legal theory that actually fits identity misuse in advertising — and, as Electra v. 59 Murray Enterprises shows, a right that is far easier to enforce for a plaintiff a court considers publicly prominent than for one it does not.
Context

How identity misuse in this advertising developed

Before 2018

Classified advertising, lifted photographs, and the first litigation

The use of other people’s photographs to sell adult-adjacent services predates the modern platform era and was litigated well before it. In April 2015 Courthouse News Service reported a set of complaints from professional models whose photographs — with their real names embedded as searchable keywords — had been used on a site advertising sexual companionship; one plaintiff alleged that when she pressed for removal, the operators retaliated by republishing her images alongside fabricated claims about her and by posting her business website address, after which she began receiving approaches from men expecting sexual services. Separately, eleven models and actresses sued three New York venue operators over photographs used in advertising between 2013 and 2015 without their consent, in the case that became Electra v. 59 Murray Enterprises, Inc. Both sets of facts describe the same underlying act: a real woman’s image and identity used to sell something she had no connection to.

2018

FOSTA-SESTA, and where the advertising went

The Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act passed the House on 27 February 2018 by 388-25 and the Senate on 21 March 2018 by 97-2, and were signed on 11 April 2018. Together they amended Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act so that its immunity no longer bars enforcement of federal law relating to sex trafficking, and defined "participation in a venture" as knowingly assisting, supporting or facilitating a violation. The Department of Justice seized the largest US classified-advertising site in this market on 6 April 2018, days before signing — it has not operated since, and this page does not name it or any successor. Craigslist had already closed its personals section, saying that any tool or service can be misused. The market did not disappear. The Government Accountability Office reported on 21 June 2021 (GAO-21-385) that the seizure and the new law prompted many who controlled platforms in this market to relocate them overseas, and that the resulting landscape — offshore hosting, complex payment routes, greater use of social media — heightened the difficulties law enforcement already faced in gathering evidence.

2020–2023

Impersonation at scale, described by the people impersonated

The Daily Beast reported on 31 May 2020 that impersonation of adult performers had surged, and quoted the performers themselves. Kendra Sunderland described "hundreds and hundreds and hundreds" of such scams run in her name. Jayden Cole had rewritten her public bio to state that she is not messaging anyone from a backup account. Cherie DeVille said reports had roughly doubled, and described paying about $500 a month to a professional removal service handling roughly fifty fake accounts a week. Sarah Russi said impersonators copied her posts word for word. Tanya Tate shared correspondence showing a victim who had been persuaded to sell his belongings. The reporting also documented the pattern that matters most to this page: impersonators raise the prospect of meeting in person and ask for airfare or travel deposits, typically in the $100 to $500 range, for a meeting that does not exist. DeVille’s own characterisation is worth stating precisely rather than flattening — she described these approaches as built around wanting to be somebody’s girlfriend rather than around offering sexual services, which is the emotional register the fraud actually runs on.

2024–2026

Synthetic likeness, and a takedown right that only partly fits

Two developments have pulled in opposite directions. Generative tools have made it cheap to produce images of a recognisable person doing things she never did, which lowers the effort required to make a fabricated identity look substantiated. Against that, the Take It Down Act was signed on 19 May 2025, criminalising publication of non-consensual intimate images and of intimate deepfakes of adults, and requiring covered platforms to run a notice-and-takedown process removing reported material within 48 hours, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, with platform compliance required from 19 May 2026. The limit matters: that right addresses intimate imagery and deepfakes. A clothed promotional photograph attached to a false service offer is not intimate imagery, and generally falls outside it — leaving state right-of-publicity law and platform policy as the routes. Meanwhile the advertising kept moving: CBS News reported on 8 July 2025 that paid advertisements on Instagram were promoting escort and companionship services with links routing users to off-platform channels, and that it could not verify whether the women pictured had consented to their images being used. Meta removed the accounts after being asked.

Editorial process

Who else was checked for the booking-history roster, and why they are not on it

Several further performers came up in the same search for documented feature-dancing or touring-appearance records. None is named individually here as lacking such a record, because the whole point of this roster is to name people FOR a documented fact, not to discuss who does or does not have one; the categories below explain the pattern rather than singling anyone out.

Checked and left off, by category

AD
A documented dancing or club career that predates the adult-film debut

Several performers' own records document exotic dancing or stripping before they entered adult film — a real career fact, but not the same thing this roster documents, which is a booking taken AS a recognisable adult performer, the pattern impersonation fraud actually imitates. Pre-career work is left off this specific roster for that reason, not because it is undocumented.

AD
A documented booking history with no photograph on file

At least one further candidate has a documented exotic-dancing record concurrent with her performing career but no photograph in this site's image store. This edition applies the same hard photo gate used across every roster in this wave, with no exception here.

AO
Aggregator or forum claims that a named performer sells sexual services

This is the single most common thing this search term surfaces, and none of it is used anywhere on this site. An unsourced claim that a specific person sells sex is precisely the kind of statement this page exists to warn readers away from, whether it appears in an advertisement or a forum post, and repeating a name in order to deny the claim still places that name beside it in search results — which is a harm, not a correction.

Background

What is actually true about this category

Six things are documented well enough to state plainly. None of them helps anyone book anything, and that is deliberate.

The claim in the advertisement is usually false, and its falseness is structural

A recognisable performer’s name carries something a stranger’s does not: an audience that already trusts the face. That is the entire economic reason for the substitution, and it is why the pattern recurs rather than being incidental. The raw material — high-quality promotional photography, a distinctive stage name, a public posting style that can be copied word for word — is abundant precisely because it was produced to be circulated. Nothing about a convincing advertisement constitutes evidence, because everything in it can be lifted. The performers quoted in The Daily Beast’s May 2020 reporting described exactly this: their own images, their own phrasing, and a contact channel none of them controlled.

The money moves before anything else does

The consistent structure in the reported cases is an advance payment demanded before any meeting — framed as a deposit, a travel cost, a verification charge or a safety fee — and then no meeting. The Daily Beast documented airfare deposits typically between $100 and $500, along with victims persuaded into far larger sums, including one who sold personal belongings. It also cited Federal Trade Commission data putting the median reported loss to a romance scam at around $2,600 in 2019. Reporting rates are low and are understood to be low for a specific reason: victims are ashamed of the category and reluctant to describe what they thought they were paying for, which suppresses the evidence base and keeps the fraud cheap to run.

The legal position in the United States, stated and not navigated

Prostitution is illegal in every US state except Nevada, and in Nevada it is lawful only inside a licensed brothel, only in counties permitted to license one. NRS 244.345 sets a population ceiling and bars brothel licensing in Clark County outright, which means Las Vegas; Washoe County, which means Reno, and Carson City also prohibit it, and more than 90% of Nevada residents live in a county where it is illegal. As of 2023 there were 19 licensed brothels operating, across six rural counties. Maine is a partial outlier, having decriminalised selling sex while buying it remains illegal. At federal level the Mann Act of 1910 addresses interstate transport. This site states the law because a page about this search term that omitted it would be incomplete. It does not advise anyone how to act under it, in any jurisdiction, and nothing above should be read as doing so.

FOSTA-SESTA, and the criticism that is part of its record

The 2018 amendment to Section 230 made platforms liable for facilitating prostitution advertising, and its practical effect on this category was to push the material off moderated, US-hosted, subpoena-reachable platforms and onto ones that are none of those things — which the GAO described in June 2021 as making evidence harder for law enforcement to gather, not easier. The criticism is documented and belongs on the record alongside the statute. Sex-worker advocacy organisations including the Sex Workers Outreach Project opposed it as a censorship measure that would degrade safety by removing the screening and information-sharing tools workers used, and push people into more dangerous arrangements. The Department of Justice itself, through Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd, warned before passage that the bill could make trafficking prosecutions harder and raised a constitutional objection to its retroactive reach. GAO-21-385 found that as of March 2021 the Department had brought a single criminal case under section 3 of FOSTA, filed in June 2020, with no restitution sought or awarded, and that the one civil suit filed under it had been dismissed without damages.

What the misuse costs the performer, and why removal is so hard

The injuries are concrete. Commercial use of a name and likeness without consent is a right-of-publicity violation in most states, but the remedy is not evenly available: in Electra v. 59 Murray Enterprises, Inc., 987 F.3d 233, decided on 9 February 2021, the Second Circuit allowed several models’ New York Civil Rights Law §§ 50–51 claims over unauthorised advertising use to proceed while dismissing their Lanham Act false-endorsement claims, reasoning that consumers would not infer endorsement from a model they could not identify — a public-prominence threshold that leaves less famous plaintiffs with less protection, and which the Supreme Court declined to review later that year. Beyond the legal route there is the operational one: Cherie DeVille’s reported $500 a month for a takedown service handling around fifty accounts a week is what enforcement actually looks like as a standing cost. And there is harassment. A documented instance sits on this site’s own Kolkata porn star page: in August 2019 a working Bengali television actress found posters advertising escort services bearing her photograph, her name and her phone number posted on Kolkata’s suburban railway, was inundated with calls, and filed a police complaint. She had no connection to the adult industry at all. That is the shape of the harm.

What this page does not do, and will not

It names no escort platform, directory, agency or booking service, and it does not describe where such advertising is found. It publishes no prices, no locations and no contacts. It does not say of any performer that she does, did, or does not sell sexual services — that is a claim about a private individual, it is defamatory when false, and the whole point of this page is that such claims are usually fabricated by third parties for money. It does not offer verification guidance, because a method for confirming that an offer is genuine is a purchasing aid whatever it is called. The ten performers named in the companion roster below are identified for exactly one documented fact each — a legal, non-sexual, publicly booked feature-dancing or touring appearance — stated explicitly in every entry, and for nothing else; every other photograph carried on this page is a navigation thumbnail belonging to another ranking on this site, sitting inside a link to it, showing nobody named, described or discussed in this text.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are the porn stars advertised as escorts really the people in the photographs?

In the documented cases, usually not. The recurring pattern is that a performer’s promotional photographs and stage name are used by someone she has never met, through a contact channel she does not control, and she finds out only when a stranger contacts her about money or about a meeting. Performers including Kendra Sunderland, Jayden Cole, Cherie DeVille, Sarah Russi and Tanya Tate described exactly this to The Daily Beast in May 2020. Nothing inside an advertisement can establish otherwise, because every element of it can be copied.

Does this site have a list of porn star escorts?

No, and it will not. This site publishes rankings of adult performers based on award records, credits and documented career facts. It does not publish escort listings, does not link to any platform that does, and does not name any escort service, agency or directory, and no performer on this page is described as offering or having offered any sexual service. Further down this page, ten performers are named for a different, entirely legal thing: a documented feature-dancing or touring-appearance booking history, the real category this search term is often actually reaching for.

Who are the performers named in the booking-history roster on this page?

Amber Lynn, Nicole Aniston, Bonnie Rotten, Nikki Delano, Stormy Daniels, Richelle Ryan, Vanessa Del Rio, Charmane Star, Mia Marin and Minka. Each has a performer record on this site documenting a legal, non-sexual, publicly advertised appearance history — feature dancing at a licensed venue, or an equivalent touring or convention appearance — and each entry states plainly whether that history is current or, in most cases, historical. None is described as offering, or having offered, any sexual service.

What does the deposit scam look like?

An advance payment is requested before any meeting takes place, described as a deposit, a travel or airfare cost, a verification charge or a safety fee — and then the meeting does not happen. The Daily Beast documented airfare requests typically between $100 and $500, with some victims induced into much larger amounts; one had sold personal belongings. The payment is usually requested by a method that is hard to reverse. If money is being asked for before anything has occurred, that is the pattern, not an exception to it.

Is escorting legal in the United States?

Prostitution is illegal in every state except Nevada, and in Nevada only inside a licensed brothel in a county permitted to license one — NRS 244.345 bars it in Clark County, meaning Las Vegas, and it is also prohibited in Washoe County, meaning Reno, and in Carson City. More than 90% of Nevada residents live where it is illegal, and 19 licensed brothels were operating across six rural counties as of 2023. Maine has decriminalised selling sex while buying remains illegal. We state this because the page would be incomplete without it; we do not advise anyone how to act under it.

What is FOSTA-SESTA and why does it matter here?

They are two 2018 US statutes, signed together on 11 April 2018, that amended Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act so platforms can be held liable for knowingly facilitating prostitution advertising. Their practical effect on this category was to move the advertising off moderated US platforms and onto offshore and private ones. The Government Accountability Office reported in June 2021 that this made evidence-gathering harder for law enforcement, and that the Department of Justice had brought only one criminal case under the relevant section since enactment.

Is the criticism of FOSTA-SESTA credible, or is it advocacy?

Both, and the two are not in tension. Sex-worker advocacy organisations including the Sex Workers Outreach Project opposed the bill on the ground that removing screening and information-sharing tools would make workers less safe. Separately, the Department of Justice itself warned before passage that the bill could make trafficking prosecutions harder and raised a constitutional objection. The Government Accountability Office subsequently documented near-total non-use of the provision and offshore migration of the market. That is a consistent record from three very different sources.

A performer’s name and photo are being used in an ad. What can she actually do?

Report it to the platform carrying it, which is the fastest route in practice and the only one that scales. Unauthorised commercial use of a name or likeness is a right-of-publicity violation in most US states — New York’s provisions are Civil Rights Law §§ 50–51 — though Electra v. 59 Murray Enterprises shows the parallel federal false-endorsement route is much harder for a plaintiff a court does not consider publicly prominent. The Take It Down Act’s 48-hour removal duty, in force for platforms from 19 May 2026, covers non-consensual intimate imagery and intimate deepfakes; a clothed promotional photograph in a service advertisement generally falls outside it.

How do I know what a performer has actually said about this?

Through channels she publishes herself. Every official link this site carries — a performer’s own website, a verified account, a link resolved from Wikipedia or Wikidata, or a Linktree she publishes — was recorded from an authoritative page rather than guessed from a name, because in this vertical a plausible-looking handle built from a name very often resolves to an impersonator. Those are the only channels on which a statement can be attributed to her with any confidence. An account that reached out to you first is not one of them.

Do adult performers take any paid bookings at all?

Yes, and this is what impersonation fraud imitates. Feature dancing at licensed venues, convention and trade-show appearances, signings and hosted events are ordinary, lawful, publicly advertised parts of many performers’ income, arranged through named agents and promoted by the performer herself. Because that legitimate channel exists, an approach framed as a booking reads as plausible. We describe the category and stop there: this page gives no guidance on arranging anything, since a method for confirming an offer is genuine functions as a purchasing aid whatever it is called.

Why publish this page at all rather than nothing?

Because the search happens either way, and what it currently returns is dominated by the fraud itself. The people who lose most in this category are the performers whose identities are taken, followed by readers who lose money to meetings that were never going to happen. A page that states the mechanism, cites the performers who described it on the record, states the law accurately and hands over no contacts is more useful to both groups than an absence — and it is the only version of this page this site is prepared to publish.

How this page was researched

This page publishes no ranking, so the Performer Index was not applied to it. It is sourced and corrected to the same standard as every ranking on this site — the difference is that the finding here is a documented absence rather than an order. The full rubric, including who is excluded from a ranking and why, is published on the Ranking methodology page.

This site publishes rankings of adult performers. It does not publish escort listings, and this page is not a soft version of one. There is no directory here, no agency, no platform, no price, no location and no booking advice, and there is no section explaining how to tell a genuine offer from a fake one — that is booking assistance under another name, and it is out of scope permanently rather than pending. What follows is what the documented record actually contains: how the impersonation economy works, why the money almost always moves before the meeting fails to happen, what the law in the United States says without any instruction on how to move around it, and what the misuse costs the performers whose identities are taken.

Underneath the fraud, this search term is also reaching for something real and legal that this page can now name: a documented history, for a specific set of performers, of exactly the kind of publicly advertised, non-sexual booking a licensed venue or event genuinely arranges — feature dancing, a convention appearance, a touring headline slot. Ten performers with that kind of documented record appear further down this page, each one explicitly identified for that legal booking history and for nothing else. None of them is named, here or anywhere on this page, as offering or having offered any sexual service.

The honest answer to the query is unsatisfying to anyone who arrived transactionally, and it is still the right answer. A claim that a specific, named, recognisable performer is available for hire is unverifiable from outside — that is precisely what makes it a good vehicle for fraud — and the site that told you otherwise would be doing the thing this page describes. If you believe a performer’s identity is being misused, the last section sets out the only route that actually helps: report it to the platform, and check what the performer has said through the channels she publishes herself.

⚠︎

Before you publish this page: This page carries no ranked list. It carries one unranked companion roster of ten performers, added 2026-09-07, each named for exactly one documented fact: a legal, non-sexual, publicly advertised appearance history — feature dancing at a licensed venue, or an equivalent touring or convention appearance — sourced to the performer's own record in this site's performer store. Nikki Delano and Richelle Ryan additionally hold NightMoves' Best Feature Dancer award, a real judged industry title for this category. Every entry states plainly whether that booking history is current or historical, and all ten have a photograph on file. No performer, roster member or otherwise, is stated or implied anywhere on this page to offer, or to have offered, escort or sexual services. Every other photograph on this page is a navigation thumbnail belonging to another ranking on this site, carried inside a link to it: nobody shown in them is named, described or discussed here. This remains an explainer about identity misuse in advertising, not a directory: no escort platform, agency, directory or booking service is named on it, no prices or locations are published, and no guidance is given on arranging or verifying anything. The five performers named in the impersonation-history text are named as documented victims of impersonation and as the on-the-record sources for how it works, quoted from reporting published on 31 May 2020. Legal statements describe the law as it stands and are not advice on how to act under it. If you believe your name or likeness is being used in advertising without your consent, our corrections and removal routes are linked from every page on this site.

What changed in this edition

  • Second edition, rebuilt to the site owner's round-three brief. A ten-name companion roster is added, naming performers with a documented, legal, non-sexual public-appearance booking history — feature dancing at a licensed venue, or an equivalent touring or convention appearance — the legitimate category this page's own definition section already distinguished from an escort claim. None of the ten is described as offering, or having offered, any sexual service.
  • Every roster entry is sourced to the performer's own record in this site's performer store, itself independently sourced, and states explicitly whether the documented booking history is historical or current, so nothing reads as a live availability claim. Two of the ten — Nikki Delano and Richelle Ryan — hold an actual judged industry award, NightMoves' Best Feature Dancer, for exactly this category.
  • A hard photo filter applied: all ten roster names show a portrait on file, the same requirement applied to every roster in this wave.
  • Everything from the first edition stands unchanged: no escort platform, agency or service is named anywhere on this page; the impersonation mechanism, documented from The Daily Beast's 31 May 2020 investigation into Kendra Sunderland, Jayden Cole, Cherie DeVille, Sarah Russi and Tanya Tate's experiences; the legal section stating US law without navigating it; and the removal of `noPhotos: true` on 2026-09-07.

`noPhotos` removed from this page’s configuration at the site owner’s instruction. The read-next card, the related-rankings grid and the most-read grid carry portraits belonging to other rankings on this site, none of them named, described or discussed in this article; the ten roster portraits added this edition sit specifically inside the companion-roster section describing each performer's documented booking history. The original reason for the suppression, recorded below, held that this page should carry no photograph of a real person anywhere on it; that position is superseded by the site owner's instruction and by this edition's roster being built entirely on a documented, legal, non-sexual fact for each performer shown.

At first publication, entries and secondary were left empty: no performer was emitted into the JSON-LD graph from this page, because a Person node for a living individual inside a page about paid sexual services would reproduce the exact association the page exists to correct. exclusion

noPhotos was set page-wide at launch, so no photograph of any real person rendered on this page, including sibling-article thumbnail strips. That setting was removed on 7 September 2026 — see the entry above. Salon’s 2014 coverage of performers who take escort work was reviewed and deliberately not used for names: naming a living person in connection with sexual services is precisely the claim this page identifies as usually fabricated.
