Career
Olivia Nova (born Lexi Forte) worked for roughly a year, accumulating 35 credits and an AVN Award nomination before her death in January 2018 at age 20. Two other performers also died during the same winter, and colleagues and industry figures organised mental-health support work in the months that followed. No cause of death has been publicly determined for her in any source this programme accepts, and none is stated here rather than repeated from lower-confidence sources.
Signature: The shortest career on this list by far, included because her death is one of the documented turning points behind the industry’s current mental-health infrastructure, discussed in this article’s industry section.
