Kagney Linn Karter
Career
Karter moved from Missouri to California to pursue acting and modelling, working as a stripper before signing with LA Direct Models and entering adult film in September 2008. She was a Penthouse Pet of the Month by June 2009 and, in 2010, swept Best New Starlet at AVN, XRCO and XBIZ in the same year while signing an exclusive contract with Zero Tolerance Entertainment. She appeared in Louis Theroux’s 2012 BBC documentary Twilight of the Porn Stars and continued performing intermittently until shortly before her death by suicide in February 2024. Both the XRCO and AVN Halls of Fame inducted her posthumously in 2024 and 2025.
