Jessica Jaymes
Career
Jaymes, born Jessica Redding in Anchorage, Alaska, worked as an elementary-school teacher before entering the industry in the summer of 2002. In 2004 she became Hustler Video’s first-ever contract model and its Hustler Honey of the Year, and Penthouse named her a Pet of the Month in August 2008, the year she also co-founded the production studio Spizoo. She played herself in two episodes of Weeds and appeared on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House and The Howard Stern Show. AVN inducted her into its Hall of Fame in January 2018. She died in September 2019; the Los Angeles County Coroner listed the causes as a seizure and chronic alcohol abuse.
