Teri Weigel
Career
Weigel modelled for catalogues including Saks Fifth Avenue as a teenager, covered Playboy in November 1985 and was its Playmate of the Month for April 1986, also appearing in Penthouse that November — the second Playmate to appear in both magazines. Minor mainstream roles followed, including Predator 2 and a recurring part on Married... with Children. After a severe 1990 car accident left her needing five operations and unable to work, she entered adult film in 1991; Playboy severed ties with her afterward. She worked at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel through September 1998 before retiring.
Signature: Wikipedia credits her as the first Playboy Playmate to cross over into hardcore film — a move that got her dropped by the magazine — and both AVN and XRCO inducted her into their Halls of Fame within a year of each other.
