Career

Born Saeeda Vorajee in London to a family of Gujarati Indian descent, she entered the British adult industry in the mid-2000s, at a point when there were very few performers of Indian origin working in it. Her entry was documented in the 2005 Channel 4 series The Dark Side of Porn. She had a recurring role as the character Armeca in the first two seasons of Game of Thrones and a small role in the 2020 mini-series Brave New World. In 2019 she became chairperson of United Kingdom Adult Professionals, the industry body, and works as a sex-worker rights advocate.

Signature: She is the clearest example of a performer of Indian descent who moved into governance and advocacy rather than mainstream entertainment, chairing a national industry organisation.
