Johnny Rapid
Career
Rapid entered the industry in 2010 through two smaller studios before becoming a Men.com exclusive from 2011, building one of the largest single-studio scene counts on this list. He won the Cybersocket Web Award for Best Pornstar in 2014 and appeared in the 2013 documentary I’m a Porn Star. He generated mainstream press in January 2015 by publicly offering $2 million to Justin Bieber for a scene, and later starred in studio parodies of the Pokémon Go and Flash/Justice League franchises. For most of his career he was marketed and discussed under the industry’s "gay-for-pay" framing common to exclusively gay-studio performers; in 2024 he stated publicly that he is bisexual, which this article notes because he said so himself rather than because of any inference from his work.
Signature: One of the highest single-studio scene counts in the modern gay-porn era, and a rare case of a performer publicly correcting the industry’s own "gay-for-pay" label about him.
