Career

Hase began as a gravure model in 2007 and debuted in Japanese AV in December 2009, appearing in more than 200 domestic titles. She relocated to the United States, initially in 2012, and had established Los Angeles as her base by April 2014, becoming a Penthouse Pet, an Urban X Hall of Fame inductee in 2020 and an AVN Award winner in 2022. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2019 and publicly documented her mastectomy and reconstruction; she disclosed a further stage-0 cervical cancer diagnosis in 2025.

Signature: The only performer on this list with a Hall of Fame induction from a Western award body — she is the rare JAV export who succeeded on American terms.
