Lily Phillips
Career
Phillips began publishing subscription content in 2021 while studying nutrition at university. In December 2024 the documentary maker Josh Pieters released a forty-seven-minute film, I Slept with 100 Men in One Day, about an event she organised and agreed to have recorded; a single social-media post about it was viewed around 200 million times, and the film drew commentary from writers and broadcasters well outside the industry press. She has spoken about the film and about her work on the record since, including a BBC Newsnight interview in April 2025 and an episode of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over broadcast in August 2025 in which her parents also took part. She won Favorite Female Creator at the XMA awards in January 2025.
Signature: The rare case where the viral artefact is a documentary the performer consented to and then defended in her own words on national broadcast television, rather than a clip that escaped her.
Index score — The Pornstar Ranked Performer Index v3.0
Scores are normalised within a single ranking's field, so this breakdown is Lily Phillips's placement inside Top Pornstars 2025: The Performers Who Defined the Year, Ranked — the largest field she appears in. Her rank on each of the other 2 rankings below was computed against that ranking's own field and is not the same measurement.
