Kitten Natividad
Career
Born Francesca Isabel Natividad in Ciudad Juárez, the eldest of nine children, she moved to El Paso at ten and was senior class president at Ysleta High School before relocating to California and working as a go-go dancer. Russ Meyer hired her to narrate and appear in Up! (1976) and then cast her as the lead in Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens (1979); the two lived together for most of the following fifteen years. She holds credited roles in two studio comedies, Airplane! (1980) and The Wild Life (1984), and from the 1980s worked in hardcore productions and ran a private photo and video studio, The Kitten Klub. She died of kidney failure in Los Angeles in September 2022, aged 74.
Signature: She is the only performer here whose career runs through all three stages in order — sexploitation, credited studio comedy, then hardcore — which makes her the single clearest illustration of how porous the boundary actually was.
