Kelly Shibari
Career
Born in Japan and relocated to the United States at fifteen, Kelly Shibari spent a decade as an art director and production designer in mainstream film and television before entering the adult industry in 2007 by submitting photos to The Score Group. In June 2014 she became the first plus-size model to appear on the cover of Penthouse Forum. Her award record is the deepest BBW-specific run of anyone in this category: two consecutive NightMoves Best BBW Performer wins (2013, 2014), a NightMoves Triple Play Award the same year, the Fanny Awards’ "Whola Lotta Love" BBW Performer of the Year in 2013, and induction into the Urban X Awards Hall of Fame in 2020. She has also crossed into mainstream media, appearing in Rammstein’s 2011 music video "Mein Land" and in the 2014 series finale of Sons of Anarchy.
Signature: The only performer on this list with a genuine Hall of Fame induction from a body that runs dedicated BBW categories, on top of the deepest multi-year BBW award run in the field.
