Angelina Castro
Career
Born in Havana in 1982, Angelina Castro is documented on her own Wikipedia page as the first Cuban-American adult film star, having entered the industry after studying to become a chiropractor and needing to pay off student loans. She gained wider attention in 2012 through a social-media promotion with fellow performer Sara Jay during the NBA Finals, has co-hosted the Spanish-language radio programme SOS (Sex or Sexy) since 2015, and has hosted the internet television series La Cosa Nostra since 2008. In 2011 she began co-directing productions with Josh Stone, starting with Angelina Mundo, and became a spokesperson for the Garner’s Garden skincare brand in 2019. Her competitive record includes an AVN Favorite BBW Performer win in 2018 and BBW Hall of Fame induction in 2021.
Signature: The broadest media crossover on this list — a Spanish-language radio show, an internet TV series and a co-directing credit — on top of a BBW Hall of Fame induction.
