Career

Ashley Gasper entered the industry in the late 1990s as a performer and moved quickly into directing, becoming Evil Angel’s top-selling director before launching Jules Jordan Video in 2006. He has won 17 AVN and 6 XRCO awards across both roles. His company won over $2.6 million in statutory damages in a federal copyright case against a Canadian distributor, and later filed a separate multimillion-dollar suit against Manwin.

Signature: The clearest example of a performer converting into an owner: a self-named studio that has repeatedly used federal courts to defend its catalogue.
