Sophia Leone
Career
Born Litzy Lara Banulos in Miami to a family her Spanish-language Wikipedia biography describes as being of Latin American heritage, Sophia Leone debuted at eighteen in 2015 and built a nine-year, roughly 440-credit career with Evil Angel, Hard X, Naughty America and Hustler, drawing two XBIZ nominations in 2017 — Best New Actress and Best Sex Scene for Swingers Getaway — neither of which converted into a win. She died on 1 March 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at twenty-six; her death was initially investigated as a possible robbery-homicide before an accidental drug overdose was confirmed roughly six months later.
Signature: A documented Latina heritage and a real, if award-thin, nine-year filmography, recorded here with the same factual care this programme applies to any performer’s death.
