Yuko Ogasawara
Career
Ogasawara debuted for Ruby Productions in October 2016 at 81, under the title "First Shoot at Eighty," and continued releasing roughly one video a year through 2023, when she stopped filming at 88 citing physical limitations. Japanese press — Weekly Shincho (2020), Asahi Shimbun’s Aera Dot (2020) and Nikkan SPA! (2025) among them — has covered her repeatedly as Japan’s oldest working adult performer, and Vice profiled her by name in a 2023 documentary segment, "The World’s Oldest Porn Star." She has continued to appear at fan talk events since retiring from filming.
Signature: The single latest verified debut age in this entire category: 81, with a documented seven-year filming career and continued public appearances into her nineties.
