Roberto Malone
Career
Born Roberto Pipino in Turin, Malone took his stage name after his birth surname drew laughter at his first audition. He appeared in over 375 pornographic films, often billed as Roberto Malone but also credited as Bob Holmes and Roberto Mel, working for years without telling his wife he had entered the adult industry. He is frequently described in Italian press as the country's most famous adult performer after Rocco Siffredi, and won a string of Ninfa Awards at Spain's FICEB festival between 2003 and 2008, along with a 2004 European X Award for Best Actor in Italy. Outside adult film, he had a small role in Catherine Breillat's Romance (1999), the same mainstream feature in which Rocco Siffredi also appeared. He has been married multiple times, including to Dutch performer Zara Whites, Hungarian performer Eva Falk, and, since 2018, French performer Axelle-Rose Leclercq; he later moved into e-cigarette retail in the Antibes/Cannes area of France.
Signature: The Ninfa Awards' most decorated Italian actor of the 2000s, with wins in five separate years (2003–2008) including a Lifetime Achievement honor.
