Career

Born in Lviv, Karina Play entered hardcore adult film in 2002 and worked under several stage names — Anna Karina, Karina D., Karina Morikova and others — across a roster of major American and European studios including Private Media Group, Evil Angel, Zero Tolerance and 21Sextury. Ukrainian Wikipedia credits her with an AVN Award win for Best Foreign Performers Scene in 2007 for "Outnumbered 4." She has since retired from performing.

Signature: A rare case here of a named, dated AVN scene-category win traceable to a Lviv-born performer whose active career predates the wave of Ukrainian performers who entered European glamcore studios after 2015.
