Danny Wylde
Career
Born Christopher Daniel Zeischegg, Wylde began performing at nineteen and won the 2012 AVN Award for Best Group Sex Scene, Video. In April 2013, as the industry fought the newly passed Measure B condom mandate in Los Angeles County, he debated the ordinance on HuffPost Live against fellow performer Steven St. Croix. He left performing in 2013 and contributed the essay "Our Pornography" to The Feminist Porn Book, going on to publish three novels between 2013 and 2020 and front the band Chiildren.
Signature: Held a real AVN win, then used the exact moment the industry’s Valley-based production model was collapsing under Measure B to write the plainest first-person account of leaving that this category has produced.
