Rico Strong

Career

Born Kvaun Lee Sanchulo and documented as of partial Puerto Rican and African-American heritage, Strong took a shared AVN Award for Best Group Sex Scene in 2017 alongside a large cast that included fellow performers JoJo Kiss, Katrina Jade, Casey Calvert, Goldie Rush, Keisha Grey, Prince Yahshua and Lexington Steele — two of them also ranked on this list. He works as a director as well as a performer.

Signature: Mixed Puerto Rican and African-American heritage that this article states plainly rather than flattening into a single-word tag, plus a group-scene win that directly overlaps the cast of two other performers ranked here.

Last audited 25 August 2026 · Wikidata — Rico Strong · XBIZ — "Black Ice Signs Rico Strong" (named trade press; states directly that he has "a Puerto Rican mother and a black father", confirming the heritage claim used for this record's inclusion) · AVN.com — 2017 AVN Award winners announcement (confirms the Best Group Sex Scene win, cited via Wikidata's reference for that claim)

Not yet confirmed:

• No English-language Wikipedia biography
• No documented debut year
• Award was shared across a large ensemble cast rather than a two- or three-performer scene
• CONTRADICTION CHECKED: Wikidata's own ethnic-group (P172) statements list "African American" and "Irish", not Puerto Rican. The XBIZ signing announcement above is a named, contemporaneous trade-press source and states Puerto Rican/Black heritage explicitly; the Wikidata "Irish" claim is not used here and appears to be an error.
