Mizuki Hinano
Career
Born in Taipei on 11 February 1982 to a Japanese father and a Taiwanese Hakka mother. She debuted in the Japanese AV industry in 2000 and appeared in roughly fifty titles, working with Soft On Demand, Big Morkal, Dogma and Waap Entertainment among others. In May 2005 she became the model in a Taiwanese love-hotel commercial that made her locally recognisable, and in March 2007 she appeared on the Taiwanese variety programme Shaonian Tegongdui, becoming better known in Taiwan than she had been in Japan. On 11 August 2007 she announced her retirement from the entertainment industry on her own blog, saying she did not want to waste time in an industry with no future.
