Career
Pierce took AVN Best Male Newcomer at the 30th ceremony in January 2013, one year after his documented first credit — the tightest fit between debut and newcomer award anywhere on this list, and the way the category is meant to work. Nearly a decade later he was nominated for Best Actor for a Pink and White Productions release, one of the few feminist-run studios in the business. Between those two points the public record is essentially blank, which is normal for a male performer and worth stating rather than filling.
Signature: The cleanest newcomer-award timeline in the category: first credit in 2012, first-year award in 2013, nothing invented in between.
