Scott Nails

Career

Nails holds the AVN Best Male Newcomer title from 2006 and was still taking scene awards eighteen years later, winning Best Tag-Team Sex Scene at the 41st AVN Awards for a Digital Playground release. He appeared in the nomination lists at the 42nd and 43rd ceremonies as well. The one thing about his record that does not resolve is the start: his career-start year is documented as 2001, five years before a first-year award, and nothing available explains the gap.

Signature: The longest gap on this list between a newcomer title and a scene win — eighteen years — which is the male career arc in a single line.
