Career
Born Alessandra Sau in Cagliari, Sardinia, Martina Smeraldi debuted in adult film at 19 and trained at the Rocco Siffredi Academy, where she appeared alongside Malena la Pugliese in early productions that helped her build a following. The gonzo feature My Name Is Zaawaadi, in which she performed, won Gonzo Movie of the Year at the 2020 XBIZ Europa Awards. In 2023 she shared the AVN Award for Best International Group Sex Scene with Sara Bell, Yves Morgan, Oscar Batty and Mike Chapman for Rocco's Double Trouble 5, Scene 2.
