Career
Ramírez was born in Santo Domingo in 1959 and worked exclusively with Italian director Joe D’Amato across eight productions between 1979 and 1983. Sesso Nero (1980), in which she starred, is described by French Wikipedia as the first pornographic film released in Italian cinemas, and became a significant commercial success there. She also took more substantial, non-explicit roles in Paradiso Blu and Orgasmo Nero (both 1980), and had a single mainstream horror-film credit in Rosso Sangue (1981). No award from a primary industry body has been confirmed against her, and no English-language Wikipedia biography exists.
Signature: The earliest-working performer on this list by two decades, and the only one whose career predates any organised Dominican, American or Spanish adult-industry pipeline — she worked entirely inside the early-1980s Italian sexploitation-film scene.
