Career
Gal Ritchie is a British performer who debuted in 2023 and, in the 2025 award season, became the only performer in this field to take the Best New Starlet title from all three major bodies at once — AVN, XRCO and XBIZ. She followed the sweep with an AVN Best Group Sex Scene win the same year and a Female Performer of the Year nomination the year after, an unusually fast progression toward the industry’s top category.
Signature: A clean sweep of AVN, XRCO and XBIZ Best New Starlet in a single season — no other performer on this list, or in the wider record we checked, has matched that.
